"Do not waste your time waiting"
Do not waste your time waiting. They keep you waiting and get nothing done. Doctor was not at all helpful. Waste of time!!

"Feel like I was Scammed…"
I used this service and kept getting a "verify my insurance" email(4 times to be exact) I updated and screenshot the update every single time. I wake to an $82 charge anyway and call the customer service line. I was told there is nothing that can be done I just need to file a claim with BCBS and request my money back even though it's their error. She let me know their website has been having these issues for 2 months. I logged back in to check it and my insurance information for GONE again this would be the 5th time!

"Outrageous customer service"
Inappropriate charges twice, which I had to spend hours on the phone to get refunded. Don't waste your time!!!!

"Terrible experience"
Terrible experience. Their website wasn't working. When I called them they said it would be about a 10min wait for an appointment. 2 hours later they told me they'd have to reschedule tomorrow. I have covid. Avoid at all costs

"Complete waste of time"
Complete waste of time. Useless

"100% a waste of time and money"
100% a waste of time and money. Doctor was anything but friendly and didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. The information they post about what they can do to help is conflicting.
Now they can’t verify my insurance info but my insurance company can???? So now b/c they put zero error in, I’ll have to call them and tell them how to do their job.
Don’t contact these folks if you have anything related to COVID as they cannot help and are utterly useless.
I will NEVER use them again

"MDLive refused to tell me the total bill amount or how much any of their services cost, which is against my state's law."
I was suffering from COVID-19 and was developing new symptoms I feared may have been a bacterial infection. I could not make a regular medical office visit because I was positive for COVID-19, and hoped this would be cheaper than going to urgent care or the ER. I created an new user account since it was part of my in-network plan. The auto-populated insurance information was wrong (showed an expired plan) and did not allow me to change it, so I called and they were able to fix it with the correct in-network plan after a long talk with a representative. It took 90 minutes of waiting in the queue before it was my turn to speak with a medical professional. It was hurried and rushed through a 5ish minute conversation where I was told I need to go to urgent care and stating my symptoms. After this, I see that they charged me $42 even though they were supposed to charge me 20% coinsurance. I called them asking about it. The rep repeatedly stated that I was charged correctly. I then asked if my regular phone visit was actually billed at $210 since $42 is 20% of $210, and she responded that she doesn't know. I asked why MDLive doesn't know how much they bill, and who would know if they don't know what they do. She got snippy with me and then replied only my insurance company does, but she once again assured me I was charged the correct coinsurance amount. **MDLive refused to tell me the total bill amount or how much any of their services cost, which is against my state's law.** After speaking with my health insurance support, my insurance finds out that MDLive did overcharge me and that they were able to do so by charging me as if they were an out-of-network provider. The blatant dishonesty to cover up being overcharged is disgusting, and the wait time is atrocious. As for the phone call to the doctor, I was disappointed with the outcome and felt rushed to end the call but don't blame the doctor for deciding that I needed in-person care.

"Don't expect treatment, but DO expect the bill anyway!"
Update: I called their number and was able to speak to a person and get a refund.
Original post:
I can't in good faith recommend this service - they claim to treat conditions (eye issue in this case) but send you away with nothing but an $82 bill. I was told a) the Dr couldn't help me remotely, and b) I can't go to an urgent care facility for treatment either. She told me to find an optometrist, but didn't provide any referring info or assistance. No recommendations, nothing.

"Poor Customer Services and Waste of Time"
I and my wife spent two hours in vain! Though we had one of the best insurances that covers mdlive for its members, an agent or supervisor from mdlive won't accept the fact on the card and asked us to call benefit administrator who also confirmed it to them and then they asked us to call HR which was so funny according to the HR team. Do not waste calling them but visit urgent care or ER instead if necessary.

"MD LIVE IS WORTHLESS"
MD LIVE IS WORTHLESS! My beloved service dog, Scout, became very ill and I just could not cope with losing him. I was told on my first "visit" that a grief counselor would call within 30 minutes. Four days later still no call. Scout is recovering but the stress of dealing with this fakes increased my depression to a whole new level!!! Not an agency that wants to help. They take the money and run. SAD!!!
