I tried it and it was exactly as crappy as everyone says it is. They never call you back and say you missed the call. If you value your time, dont waste it here. This is utter BS

Dr prescribe medication that cost $1000. Claimed drug company would lower cost. Company does not lower for Medicare. Furthermore they are closed on Saturday. Tried to get them to reconsider by contacting you. The pharmacy also reached out. No reply. Pharmacy closed at 6:00 pm.

What a person does not expect when they’re in pain is to be discriminated against by their healthcare professional, who then proceeds to delete their account and refuse aid, and then to spend THREE HOURS jumping from call to call, TRYING to get help, only for it to take three people to fix the deleted account and say that the discriminatory experience is the only one I’m allowed in 24 hours, but scheduling will contact me in the next day or so.

Requested an appointment with MDLIVE today because my son has developed a skin infection that's turning into cellulitis. Just needed to talk to a doc so they could send in a script for him. Just before 5:00, they called and said they weren't going to be able to see him because they couldn't find a provider. At that point, on a Sunday, I couldn't even get him into urgent care that late. So now the poor kid has to wait until tomorrow and see his PCP, when he could have started treatment today if they had been upfront and honest about the wait times.

"Needed help, they canceled on me the FIRST VISIT"

Suffering from depression and anxiety and going months without treatment due to circumstances, I made an appointment to get my brain back on track.

Logged into the Dashboard for my 8am appointment, and I noticed that it disappeared entirely. I had to call the customer support number to discover my doctor canceled on me "for personal reasons". This was my first visit and I was so excited about finally talking to someone about my downward spiral.

So much for that. I will not even attempt to use this service again. Beware; they simply do not care.

I’ve had my third initial therapy appointment canceled on me within hours of the appointment. It’s deceptively “easy” to see someone quickly. Good luck to you!

After two calls (and charges) both doctors directed me to bring my child to his pediatrician. It’s a pretty simple diagnosis requiring antibiotics. Not pleased and will probably not use this service again.

Save your money and go to an urgent care instead. I had one good experience with this company prior, but after today and also reading the reviews, I will not use again. Severe lack of empathy and doctor was very quick to jump to the next caller. Was told I needed to do two tests (for the exact same condition they proactively treated me for last time) at an urgent care prior to receiving any additional care from MDLive. Would have been nice to know this prior to booking an appointment and paying an unreasonable amount for a 5 minute phone call that amounted to nothing.

Very unprofessional services, the doctors are inexperienced lack empathy and they canceled our insurance without notice after we had to file a formal complaint and gets a Doctor Who prescribe medication that my daughter was allergic to. It was a retaliatory move and I reported this company to all licensing boards and to the news media

"A useless service"

Called at 3 am with terrible stomach pain because website refused to work. Was told 10 minutes would be my wait time. Received two calls asking if I wanted to keep waiting. Finally got called at 5:15 am, doc is brief but polite, and calls back after he gets disconnected, but then he says he'll send in a prescription. It's been over an hour now and the pharmacy still does not have it. At this point I might as well wait another 45 minutes till my actual doctor opens. I wanted to save the money of having to go to an urgent care, but in the end I'm going to get charged a copay for a useless call. I wouldn't use them again.
