"Awful!!! Go to Dr. ANYWHERE before this!!"

Awful!!!! Called the number on BCBS insurance card and after a circus of setting up an account for video appt son was seen and prescribed an oral antibiotic and prescription ointment by Dr. Aquilla Bashir Moosani at 6:56pm. After running and waiting in long Walgreen’s line we realized only the ointment was called in. Can’t log in to website after 20+ authorization codes by emails and phone. Customer Service offered no help and didn’t care one bit. She told me it would take another doctors visit co-pay to get medicine because they can’t see the record of what he was prescribed. How silly is that? Why couldn’t they message the doctor to call us back? It was within an hour and a half of the video appointment. So we are stuck going to urgent care now, which we should have done in the beginning and saved ourselves the headache of hours in and nowhere to start healing. Asked for supervisor to call me. It can take 48 hours. Haha…Ridiculous!! WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

"So far I have scheduled 3 appointments…"

So far I have scheduled 3 appointments for my daughter and the providers have canceled on 2 occasions and on the 3rd they were a no show!!!!!
I am officially disgruntled with the service of the counseling providers. It’s unfair that they can charge you a no show fee but if they are the no show there is no recourse. How can you have MH providers with no accountability?????

"Less than 1 star if I could"

Less than 1 star if I could! Awful. Had 1 session with a provider. Provider canceled a session due to "loss of internet" (uh, telephones work just fine, but this wasn't offered). Very next session, its been 15 minutes since I've been logged into session, I get a message from provider "you are logged into wrong room." How is that even possible when MD Live sends you the link for your appointment?! Then my insurance and credit card were charged for a missed session due to MD Live's negligence. When I contacted MD Live customer service, no one was able to help me and I was told someone would be in touch with me. Reported to BBB. Also, you are not able to contact your provider at all, for any reason. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation and find a local therapist!

"Just joined Cigna"

Just joined Cigna. I set up an appointment with Dr. on MD Live to do my wellness appointment. They requested that I do my bloodwork a few days before the visit. I did my bloodwork and was able to see it before my appointment. I noticed that vitamin/iron levels were not on there along with a lot of basic vital tests that are definitely a part of checking for the wellness of an individual. I called MD Live and they said that this is not included in a wellness visit. I cancelled my appointment with the Dr. and I am going to do this the old fashioned way and find an in-person Dr. who can send me for full panel bloodwork.

"What did I just pay for?"

I paid $82 for a doctor to tell me that I need thyroid medication, but that he cannot prescribe it.

He told me to find a local doctor and go see them in person. What a waste of time & money.

"I keep getting errors trying to make an…"

I keep getting errors trying to make an appointment just like the other person said. My insurance Cigna has been asking me all year to get a wellness exam through this MD live and I go out to do the bloodwork. I do everything I’m supposed to do and every time they try to call me it just goes to voicemail. I have every setting on my phone turned off. I have reached out to T-Mobile per their request and had spam blocking removed from their end from my account and they still can’t reach me. It goes straight to voicemail and no one can fix it and now I’ve gone and gotten blood work For no reason. But the doctor made sure to send me a message a couple of days before our appointment was cancelled and let me know that my blood work is abnormal, but we’ll talk about it later and then closed the portal so I couldn’t message her back. I’m glad I was able to look at my bloodwork from the lab without needing the doctor Otherwise I would be really freaking out and honestly my blood work is not abnormal. I do not think that it was appropriate or professional for the doctor to send this message days before my appointment with her. It seems like she just wanted me to sit there and stew on it and be worried that there was a problem of some sort. Why? It even clearly stated on my wellness exam that I have severe anxiety and PTSD and all these things and why why would you do that? and I spent six hours on the phone today with Cigna and MDL and no one can fix this phone issue.
What’s more is I’ve tried to sign up for mental health help and therapy through MD live and every time you try to book an appointment the application pages freeze up. I can’t even fill these things out. I genuinely think that the system is garbage and it does not work and It’s extremely unprofessional I don’t see how a system like this will ever help anyone or get anyone Any type of genuine care and yeah, it seems like it is causing more trouble than anything. Avoid at all cost. even if your insurance offers you money to do it don’t do it.

"Dr refused paxlovid despite pre-existing conditions"

My wife has COVID and pre-exisiting conditions that according to the CDC qualify her for Paxlovid. She is in the first 24 hrs of symptoms. The dr refused to prescript Paxlovid because he "didn't think it would help" despite her providing evidence of infection and stating that she has a pre-existing risk condition. The Dr treated COVID like it's just a mild cold now and not a big deal for some. I am very disappointed by this ableist uneducated approach. We will not be using the service again.

"You can only get medication refilled…"

You can only get medication refilled three times a year. I have asthma and need life-saving medication and Lina May Abujamra wouldn't refill it.

"I normally do not leave reviews"

I normally do not leave reviews, but it’s time for me to start holding these rude people accountable.
MDLIVE has helped me so much and has been great but there’s only this one provider that I have seen twice that has been extremely rude that I had no choice but to report him and if nothing is done, I’m going to the board.
I will leave his name so in the event that you are not familiar with some of the providers in Texas stay clear away from this one.

"Cannot connect with a doctor "

I keep getting errors when attempting to make an appointment. I have called in to report the error and nothing was done because I had the same error last time I tried to use this service. I have scheduled 4-5 appointments between last night and this morning, without successfully being able to speak to a doctor. I just get an automated call telling me I missed my appointment. I even gave a different number and had the same experience. I am sick and just want help and a prescription for it. I am done with MDLive. This is ridiculous.
