"If I could select 0 stars I would"
If I could select 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment that was much needed and anticipated. I waited for the call with my ring volume up and phone in hand. The time arrived and passed by approximately 3-4 minutes and I received an automated phone call that stated I missed my appointment but I could connect with customer service. The customer service agent already had a script to deliver explaining that I couldn't receive the call because of my phone settings. They charged me for the full appointment and they do not have a fail safe to connect you with the doctor. It was 4 minutes past the time the appointment would have started. Meaning the appointment would have still been going on, but the customer support agent is not even provided with the tools to connect you to your appointment. This is a scam. What's worse is that they are preying on people attempting to seek medical care. I regret that I didn't read reviews beforehand. This is not an uncommon occurrence. This is a scam. They will take your money.

"Do not recommend this service"
Do not recommend this service. Dr. cancelled my appointment one minute before the scheduled time but they still charged me. This is the last time I will use them.

"Waste of time!!!"
Waste of time, don't do consultations here. I had an interview with a specialist and he told he couldn't give me a doctor note for hemorrhoids without prior visits with them and there wasn't anything he could do. He also told me I should see a urgent care for my needs and hopefully get treated. The help desk like that they do give doctors note for hemorrhoids but I ended up not getting a refund for my wasted time as they said the doctor already treated me. Never doing an online doctor visit again!!

"I would give a zero if possible"
I would give a zero if possible. They are a fraudulent service who make false promises and do not deliver. You risk your health waiting for the doctors who never call, even as their automated robots call you and promise that, even though the doctor is late, the doctor will call "as soon as possible." You might as well wait for Godot. The doctor never calls. I have never dealt with such a duplicitous and deceptive enterprise.

"Liars"
I have the flu, the dr confirmed it on the call. When I asked for a note for work missed the dr said only for today. I stated the documents online they make you attest your read state:
If you have already missed work or school due to your illness, your MDLIVE doctor can provide a note to excuse up to two missed
days before you had your MDLIVE visit. To receive a doctor's note to excuse your absence, simply request this from your doctor during your MDLIVE visit.the Dr said that is not an option or.possible. waste of time and wpuld.never recommend. I went to an urgent care and got the help needed and a note.

"Absolute waste of time"
Absolute waste of time. I get a yearly sinus infection, I know my body, I know I need the antibiotics and Dr. Bishop wants me to treat it with ibuprofen and Flonase.
He did not care about my history or that I know my body and what I go through every year.
An absolute waste of time and energy when I already feel like garbage

"No show fee - possible scam + Unprofessional customer service"
I have used MD live multiple times before, and have always had good experience with it. That changed today.
I had an appointment with a Therapist at 1 pm, they called me at 1:03 pm and I was on hold, waiting to be connected to the provider. At 1:04 pm, the provider marked me as "no-show", and I received an email at 1:05 pm telling me that I will be charged $50 for a no-show fee.
I called the customer service line using my husband's phone while I was still on hold with MDlive on the other. I wanted to let her hear that I was still on hold for the provider and I was not making things up because she can hear their holding tone while speaking with me.
This customer service agent was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She would not tell me whether she put me on hold or whether she was looking up a solution for me. She would just stay quiet for long periods.
It is ironic how they offer mental health services for customers, yet they add on to your stress through bad service and unprofessional people. I am starting to think that this is a scam - just not sure who is behind it, whether MDlive, the provider(s), or both.

"Medication Refill is Impossible With MDLive"
I have a psychiatrist I see on a regular basis with MDLive. My first attempt to try to get a refill on my psych meds took 5 phone calls & no resolution or any attempt made by MDLive. I was transferred to five different answers. I complained to my psychiatrist during our regular appointment. She assured me that I could call into the nurses line if I needed any refills. I did yesterday I was on the nurses line for over one hour without any results. I was transferred by your “qualified” nurses for some reason to the mail order aspect of Humana where I have never filled a prescription. I was told there was no way anyone could contact my psychiatrist.

"Fraudulent Charges and Terrible Customer Service"
MDLive by Cigna Review:
My experience with MDLive has been nothing short of a disaster. What should have been a simple $10 virtual urgent care visit turned into a nightmare of financial mishandling and customer service incompetence. Due to their faulty system, multiple attempts to book the same appointment resulted in five separate charges of $40 each, totaling $200 – a far cry from the original $10 copay.
Despite MDLive’s acknowledgment of the error, their “solution” was to advise me to dispute the charges with my bank, claiming that their own process would take 45 days to resolve. This not only shows a lack of responsibility but also passes the burden onto the customer for their technical and operational failures.
To make matters worse, when I inquired about a provisional credit during the dispute process, I was denied with no explanation. This error caused a check to the IRS to bounce, further complicating my financial situation. Now, my bank account balance has been severely impacted, and I am left with less than $4 while waiting for a resolution.
MDLive’s failure to address their mistake in a timely or effective manner is unacceptable. Their technical issues and lack of accountability have caused significant financial stress, and their customer service has been unhelpful throughout the process. I would not recommend MDLive to anyone based on this experience. Be cautious if you decide to use their services, as you might end up paying much more than you bargained for.

"Tele-Health Scam one of the worst…"
Tele-Health Scam one of the worst possible unhuman like experiences I've ever had. From scheduling labs to symptoms checker the so called lazy doctors on the other end don't even look at a 250 character description of your symptoms. I'm not after pain meds I have a sinus infection. You Doctors are becoming increasingly lazy and you should just retire if you're that burnt out or unwilling to help people.
