Be careful!! Fraudulent company!!
They have been lying for two weeks and will not return my 700 Eur deposit. I bought the car online with full insurance, but I had to take out another full insurance at the location (Alghero) in order to take the car. I took the car back without damage more than 2 weeks ago, they said everything was fine. 2 days ago they said that they released the 700 Eur deposit, but even now my bank does not see this. It is clear from the emails that they lie all the time!! Be careful with them!!!

Buon pomeriggio. Non ci crederai, e non ci crederei, ai giochi così fraudolenti che questa azienda ha giocato con me. Il mio consiglio a tutti è di leggere le recensioni, possono aiutare, ecco perché scrivo qui in modo che nessun altro cada nell'esca di questa azienda, per usare un eufemismo, disonesta. Il risultato è che non ho mai visto né i soldi né la macchina. Questa compagnia non è all'aeroporto di Palermo, anche se hanno detto che mi avrebbero incontrato lì e mi avrebbero consegnato l'auto. Tutto quello che mi hanno scritto in risposta alla mia indignazione di seguito, come chiamaci adesso, risolveremo tutto, scriveremo qui e così via, tutti questi sono solo trucchi e inganni. Ho chiamato e scritto. Ho scritto anche al servizio di supporto, ma questo servizio non fa assolutamente nulla e non risolve nulla. Solo un post modello. ))) Posso pubblicare qui tutta la corrispondenza con Felirent per confermare le mie parole

Categoria pari a zero, state alla larga da questa compagnia ci hanno scritto una mail che ci avrebbero rimborsato, dopo i controlli fatti ma sono passati 2 Mesi e ancora nessuna rimborso e ora non rispondono più. Davvero scorretti e non di parola

Very nice service. They explained everything to us and the car was also perfect. We were four persons and had a small car which was totally fine.

I have had the best experience and the worst experience with this company. The process of taking and returning the car was very smooth. The problems started when I had to receive the deposit of 700 EUR back. Its been 3 weeks now and they didn't released the money, even though they told me on the spot that they instantly released it. Also in all of my tree calls with them they stated the same thing. The bank however canot see the money because is it still under the Felirent hold.

Eller slet ingen stjerne. Hold jer langt, langt væk fra dem. Vi var den 29. juni 2024 forsinket med SAS fra København til Malpensa (Milano) og ankom kl 2200, og ikke kl 2120. Jeg ringede til Felirent kl 2200, men ingen svarede, trods flynummer var angivet ved booking. Næste dag svarede man, da jeg ringede dem op, men de havde lukket min booking og ville ikke udlevere min lejebil. Og lejebeløbet var tabt!!!!!Her er, hvad de angiver i deres levebetingelser ved booking: If your flight is delayed, the hire company will wait for you up to 60 minutes after the flight arrival time, as long as you’ve provided a valid flight nummer with your booking (hvilket vi selvfølgelig gjorde) If your flight arrives after the office cloching times, the vehicle will be available when the office opens the next morning” 😡😡😡😡😡

Rispondo alla risposta così almeno tutti sappiano. Prenotazione annullata ma pagata. Chiedo ricevuta dell’ indebito incasso con motivazione e mi viene risposto che non c’è tempo da perdere con prenotazioni annullate.
Oltretutto non avrei mai noleggiato un’auto da chi non ha una sede in aeroporto.
Rifatta prenotazione al momento in altra rent a prezzo doppio
Mi pare sia sufficiente per fuggire a gambe levate

Arriviamo dopo cena, due auto prenotate dall'azienda, una carta di credito con plafond importante (avremmo potuto noleggiare tutte le loro auto) e siccome sulla carta c'è un solo nome ci danno una sola auto. La prossima volta ci facciamo scrivere tutto lo statuto sulla carta di credito così da farvi leggere anche il nome dei soci. Grazie per il viaggio rovinato. Avevamo prenotato una macchina e ce ne danno un'altra con i vetri dentro puliti da qualche zozzone, non si vedeva nulla. Ovviamente non siamo neanche stati rimborsati e siamo dovuti andare dalla concorrenza (ampia) a prendere un'altra auto.
