Achtung! Bei Abholung kannst du wählen, ob du den Wagen selber sauber machst oder eine Gebühr zahlst! Zudem werden alte Kratzer bei Vollkasko als Schaden gemeldet. Das ist einiger Aufwand für den Kunden und nicht seriös. Besser eine andere Vermietung wählen.

Je mets une étoile car je suis obligée d'en mettre une mais quelle compagnie ... accueil plus que désagréable et service qui laisse plus qu'à reprocher, par la personne qui nous a reçu de la compagnie Felirent Bari (jeune femme à lunettes). La personne qui conduit la navette n'était pas mieux ... impoli, conduite dangereuse ... quelle honte lorsque l'on tient une agence dans le commerce et pour le prix que nous payions !!!!

I had a good experience, fair price, the staff was available and kind. I would definitely recommended.

Nessuno dovrebbe utilizzare i loro servizi, vi stanno solo fregando. Abbiamo restituito l'auto noleggiata da loro ad Alghero il 19 giugno senza alcun danno. Non ho ancora ricevuto indietro i 300 euro che mi hanno detratto dalla carta di credito! Sono passate 3 settimane da allora! Al momento della restituzione dell'auto hanno detto di aver avviato il rimborso immediatamente. Da allora ho inviato loro numerose e-mail, ma non mi hanno risposto e non sono disponibili al telefono! Non consiglierei questa società a nessuno, perché non fanno altro che danneggiare i loro clienti.

A big scam!
No one should use their services, they are just ripping you off. We returned the car we rented from them in Alghero on 19 June without any damage. I have still not received back the 300 euros that they deducted from my debit card! 3 weeks have passed since then! On returning the car they said they started the refund immediately. Since then, I have sent them numerous emails, but they have not answered me, and they are not available on the phone! I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they only harm their customers.

Wypozyczalnia bardzo słaba. Obsługa poniżej wszelkiej oceny. Jedna gwiazdka to i tak za dużo. Obsługa arogancka, pretensjonalna, niemiła. Bez słowa wyjaśnienia przekazuje dokumenty i kluczyki. Szukaj samochodu na placu sam, zero oględzin przed. Profesjonalizm i podejście do klienta na poziomie zero.

"Absolutely shocking customer service"
Absolutely shocking customer service! Blonde lady (she refused to give her name) at reception was incredibly rude!! Charged me €240 for a tyre replacement because there is a scratch on the side of the tyre wall. Said I had to have taken a video... who takes videos of tyres??? Also charging me €50 to clean the rear seats - even though we never touched the seats as they were put down to fit our suitcases. I have rented cars in multiple countries and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated!! Even told us that we cannot leave to catch our flight cos she cannot find the scratch option on the report and the tyre needs to be replaced. Signed on the tablet that I do not accept the damages and just received a copy via email with my signature stating that I have accepted it. I will be reporting this on as many websites as I can find!! Never ever rent from this incompetent company, ever!!! Disgusting!!!

Felirent Bologna was great! The two employees (Veronica and Georgia) who I saw on pick up and return (a week later) were amazing! Professional, polite, and efficient. They answer the phone (didn’t happen with another rental company I tried) and picked us up at the location specified (they even sent meeting point by WhatsApp). Both check out and check in were efficient and easy!

"When the car was returned"
When the car was returned, a scratch was discovered on the chassis, which was not visible when it was picked up. Such a scratch cannot be detected during a normal inspection of the car. From this I can conclude that the staff knew exactly about this scratch and charged me almost 400 euros for the damage. I did not cause this damage and despite claiming to the staff that I am not responsible - they charged me for the damage, which in reality is worth significantly less. The company is a scam and they want to make extra money by using this scam. Avoid them as much as possible!!!
