"Very bad experiene"
Very bad experiene, after returning the car in Bari the gays there were seeking for any damage at all cost, finally founded a mini mini spot for charging damage, obiously i dind crash, and problably was there before but a minuscule spot hardly to see, they get me there 1 hour, almost lost the flight, i will never rent again in this company. The gays were unprofesional and rude.In Bari airpot.

"Felirent Milan Malpensa office - Ylenia "
I rent regularly with felirent at Milan Malpensa airport. From 4/30/2024 to 7/27/2024 I rented different cars. The attitude of all the employees was wonderful, the branch manager Fabio was always helpful and kind. I received courteous and special service all the way from a girl named Ylenia.
Every request I had, every email I sent Ylenia always kindly helped me. And she deserves all the respect.

"Cunning scammers"
As plenty others have already written, these guys are borderline scammers. We rented a car from them in Bari Airport through one of those car rental brokers, called DoYouItaly.com. prepaid with full insurance. As it happens, our flight was two hours delayed arriving at Bari Airport and when we were about to get on the shuttle to take us to the office and car pick-up place, the shuttle driver checked us on the list and handed us his phone to talk to an employee back in the office. She proceeded to tell us that we no longer had a car waiting for us as we had "chosen" a clause in the rental contract that allows them to rent it out again if we are more than an hour late! I obviously had not 'chosen' any such clause! It might have been somewhere in the rental contract, but having probably rented +100 rental cars in my life, I've never heard of it before and I would doubt that consumer laws even allows you to enter such a prohibitive clause in a contract. In any case, I lost +300 euro on these cunning scammers who in all likelyhood rents out something like 10-20 % of their cars twice (the percentage of flights that are +1 hour delayed). Never rent from these guys!

"Communication très compliquée"
Communication très compliquée, je n’ai pas reçu de contrat par mail, impossible d’obtenir un nouvel envoi par mail même en insistant plusieurs fois à l’agence de Bari. De plus, malgré une assurance prise par le biais du site doyouitaly, ils ont insisté pour que je paie 250 euros pour le petit accrochage que j’ai eu bien que je leur ai dit que l’assurance nous conseillait de ne rien payer en plus de la caution qui normalement doit servir à ça…. Bref, on ne sent pas en confiance dans ce type d’agence où à la moindre occasion on tente de vous soutirer de l’argent.

"Voglia di restare cliente fissa estinta da questo dipendente!"
Il 4 luglio scorso ho affittato un auto nella sede di Roma e dopo tre settimane di attesa per il rimborso, oggi 25 luglio alle 10.46 mi sono permessa di telefonare per chiedere spiegazioni. Alla domanda del perché del ritardo il dipendente mi ha risposto scocciatissimo e con l’aria di qualcuno che ti sta facendo un favore che dovevo mandare una mail per sollecitare il rimborso. Chiedo l’indirizzo e molto scocciato me lo da, ma mentre cercavo di confermare se avevo scritto bene mi chiude il telefono in faccia, io lo richiamo e mi risponde con un tono a dir poco maleducato, dicendomi che ha gente e che devo chiamare dopo chiudendomi il telefono di nuovo.
Dalle recensioni che ho letto mi rendo conto che il tema rimborso non è molto amato dalla compagnia.

Il servizio di autonoleggio Felirent a Lamezia è stato pessimo. La macchina all'arrivo non era pronta, abbiamo dovuto attendere più di mezzora per la consegna. Inoltre dalla prenotazione non era chiara la quota assicurativa da versare e non era specificata la cauzione di 300 euro. A distanza di due settimane dalla riconsegna NON è ANCORA STATA RIACCREDITATA LA CAUZIONE, motivo per cui sto procedendo quotidianamente alla richiesta. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!
