Dal momento in cui sono arrivata a all’aeroporto di Verona mi hanno accolto con professionalità e serietà.
Non ho riscontrato alcun problema nè per quanto riguarda il transfer dall’aeroporto nè per quando riguarda il noleggio in sè.
Auto nuova, pulita e comoda.

Aeroporto Catania ATTENZIONE sono dei Ladri sono stata DERUBATA di 431€ per un danno già esistente nell' auto al momento del noleggio e per della benzina che a detta Loro mancava.

CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA, no alquiles con ellos. Me han dado un coche que no corresponde con la categoría contratada y contrate dejarlo en el aeropuerto de Palermo y NO tienen oficina dentro del aeropuerto, está fuera a varios km. Además me cobraron 771 € porque han dicen que el vehiculo tiene un arañazo.

Dies ist wirklich leider die schlimmste Autovermietung bei der ich je war!

Sie waren von Anfang an unfreundlich. Vielleicht liegt es auch an dem sehr schlechten Englisch der Mitarbeiter.

Auf Nachfragen meinerseits warum nicht 700€ von meiner Kreditkarte geblockt wurden. Wurde ich noch unfreundlichen behandelt. Hier ist aber leider genau mein Fehler entstanden. Die Firma hat einen komplett neuen Vertrag für mich angesetzt statt den Voucher von check24 anzunehmen. Hier hätte es mir schon auffallen müssen, dass es hier nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht.

Die Dame am Schalter meinte nur ich solle mir mein Geld von meiner Bank wiederholen, wenn es Probleme gibt🫤

Abgesehen davon war die Wartezeit schon bei beim abholen des Autos 1 1/2 Stunden. Wobei wir uns nichts gedacht haben, kann ja mal vorkommen und wir wollten uns den Urlaub nicht versauen lassen.


Bei der Abgabe des Autos wurde es aber noch schlimmer. Wir hätten fast unseren Flug verpasst. Die Halle die weit außerhalb des Flughafen liegt war nur mit einem Mitarbeitern besetzt.

Danke an das Pärchen, dass uns den Vortritt gewährt hat. Sonst wäre alles zu spät gewesen mit dem lässig rauchenden Shuttle-Fahrer.

We made a rent order/reservation one week before our trip to Italy. Everything was super smooth: we got a transfer van from Napoli airport to Felirent office (less than 5 minutes ride on super busy Napoli traffic, the driver was nice and fast), despuite lots of clients, we did not wait a minute, as there was three ladies at the desk filling the documents, it took as less than 10 minutes at the office with all document and payment procedures. The car (Fiat 500) was clean and brand new and very easy to drive in busy Napoli or tiny Amalfi coastline, my wife loved this cute car very much. We made 1600 km in one week and the car was working like a swiss watch. The return procedure was super fast (less than 5 minutes) and the office lady was super polite. And the transfer back to Napoli airport was instant and fast. We highly recomend Falirent Napoli rent for smooth procedures, exceptional service and quality cars! Paulius from Lithuania

Purtroppo la mia esperienza con Felirent il giorno 4 agosto dalle 18.00 alle 19.15 all’aeroporto di Malpensa è stata tutto tranne che positiva.

Il problema più grave si è presentato al momento della riconsegna del veicolo: sono stata accusata di aver danneggiato l’auto con dei segni che, per fortuna, avevo documentato con delle foto prima del ritiro. Questo è stato sufficiente a "scagionarmi" da accuse infondate, ma ho scoperto che non ero l’unica: due persone precedenti a me hanno subìto la stessa sorte. Sembra proprio che questa prassi sia comune per cercare di truffare gli ignari clienti.

In aggiunta a questo, il servizio è stato caratterizzato da una maleducazione e arroganza incredibile da parte del personale. La lentezza nelle operazioni è stata frustrante, tanto che abbiamo davvero rischiato di perdere il nostro volo a causa di tutte queste polemiche e ritardi.

In sintesi, sconsiglio vivamente di affidarvi a Felirent per l'autonoleggio. Un servizio che punta a truffare i clienti, se questa è la polita aziendale, e non offre supporto né rispetto.

Ik heb al veel auto's gehuurd en nooit problemen gehad met de creditcard, wij ik en mijn vrouw hebben 1 creditcard en daar hadden ze een probleem mee en kreeg ik de auto niet mee terwijl het bedrag wel al van de creditcard was afgeschreven, een heel slecht verhuur bedrijf

"Scammers"

We will never use Felirent again – they are nothing but scammers.

We had rented a car for 4 days through a third party, with a drop-off time of 5:00 AM on Sunday morning. When we went to pick up the car, we were told that we could not return it until after 8:00 AM, which was after our flight home had already departed. They then asked us to pay an additional 40 euros to return the car at the airport, even though our agreement clearly stated a drop-off time of 5:00 AM. It turns out later that they had no knowledge of this arrangement at the airport, leaving us with a very unpleasant experience.

Additionally, we were asked to take a picture of the fuel level when we picked up the car and send it to them. We did as instructed and sent a photo showing a range of 50 km. When we returned the car, it showed 165 km, but we were fined 40 euros for the fuel level.

In short, we have been completely ripped off and there is nothing we can do about it.
