My original delivery arrived very quickly but I unfortunately one of the packets was ripped open and had spilt onto everything in my order. Sent an e mail and Olivia had a replacement sent out to me within a week. Very happy in the end.

I order often from Whittard online since my local shop closed. Recently one item in my ordered was slightly damaged with a dented tin which was a gift and the quick and friendly response was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Aside from this, their products are delicious, if they ever stop selling the spiced tea I don’t know what I would do! Love it.

Unfortunately my delivery arrived today with 3 items missing, contact customer services via the on line chat and was assisted by Sophia who was great, missing items on their way to me!
So not so great service with original order but customer service seems spot on.

"Purchased a tea advent for next day…"
Edit: item is still not here 5 days later and no refund email been received. Item is still showing that it’s with Whittard even though I’ve been given a tracking number. Now had to open a PayPal case to get my money back as this will now not be here in time for 1st December
Purchased a tea advent for next day delivery at £32.95 (6.95 of that for delivery)
The day of said delivery came and I heard nothing. Checked on order tracking and it was still showing as order confirmed and awaiting to be packaged.
Contacted customer services to be told that I would get a refund for the delivery and my item would be sent that same day. So yes it was delayed but handled well by customer services.
Now it’s 8.30pm on the said day of delivery and item being sent and it’s still showing as awaiting packaging. There was a reason I purchased this on next day delivery. It’s now Black Friday item has still not been sent which means it’s now caught up in god knows how many other orders.
I understand things are sometimes delayed but I would rather be told it wouldn’t be shipped that told by two different advisors it would be.
