"Untrustworthy"

I wouldn't use this company again as the company simply can't be trusted to fulfill it's orders. I ordered a gift hamper online on 29th November and had confirmation of my order, then on 10th Dec received an e-mail telling me my order was out of stock, just around the time I was expecting the order to be delivered. I had particularly ordered early to take account of possible delays as a result of covid, and I am now left with little time to get a replacement gift. Although they apologised and offered £20 off my next order, how can I ever be sure that the same thing won't happen again?

"No point ordering with this company"

Order placed on the 26th of November told this had been lost in shipping!!! As of today replacement order is still in there warehouse told there unable to request urgent delivery as warehouse under pressure!!!!! And can’t even tell me if I’ll get delivery before Christmas.... so unprofessional will never use again

"Order not fulfilled"

Order not fulfilled within promised timeframe, despite 2 phonecalls and 3 chat messages. They are full of apologies but short in positive action. I will not use this company again. Non-existent customer service

"This company is a disgrace"

This company is a disgrace! I placed an order on 30th November for 4 x packs of tea, thats all nothing too special demanding and yet still no delivery, in fact its not even been processed! Whittards you are a shower. This is not the first time I have had to complain about their inept online ordering an extremely slow processing/delivery or orders and even customer services ( i use that term loosely) take over three days to come back with such feeble excuses which include COVID-19 and now the latest was because I ordered during the blackFriday scam week! Im going to go back to F&M and June which although are more expensive, they have far superior online and customer service. AVOID Whittards they are absolutely useless.

Ordered online within a few hours they cancelled as the item was Out of Stock even though at the time I ordered it was In Stock.

10 days and still haven't received my order. Lack of updates from this company is shocking.

Parcel delivered and the coffe is great so i will change my rating slightly but i would highly reccomend you to review your delivery slots.

We are in UK - most of companies offer 1-2 next day service - 10 days is not acceptable these days

"Order not dispatched after two weeks"

Placed an order on 23rd November. Two weeks later and still not dispatched. I've been told on three separate occasions that it'll be dispatched that day. I was told they'd email me a voucher as an apology, that wasn't done either. Their products are good but they don't seem very well run as a company.

"Excellent company"

Excellent company, ordered all the Christmas Hot chocolate in 6 different flavours and we are all very happy with them. Fast delivery great packaging. Will be shopping with you again very soon.

"Really disappointed"

Really disappointed with this company.
I ordered tea, order number 02862872 and when it arrived despite instructions clearly stated on my front door the delivery driver left the parcel outside in the rain and the contents were ruined.
I sent CCTV footage to Whittards proving this and the driver kicking the parcel on my doorstep - no response whatsoever!!!!
Have now emailed 3 times including CCTV footage and still nothing, would not recommend at all..
Update on reply, this is indeed the email address CCTV footage was sent to and have resent for the 4th time today

"Whittards 70% Cocoa Hot Chocolate"

Have just bought 70% Cocoa Chocolate powder and the moment I broke seal the smell was Amazing the flavour when made into hot drink is how I remember GOOD chocolate drinks should be, well done Whittards 10/10 will be back to buy again.
