"Colombia and Mexico Jan 2025"

Booking with Tiff our agent was a great experience and we absolutely loved the Colombian leg of our trip ... The agency in Colombia was helpful and made sure we had everything , covered all the sites and even checked us into our domestic flights.
The Mexico part of our holiday had a few hick ups with incorrect timings and some of the guides, though very knowledgeable were dull. (2 of the guide-drives were great).

I would highly recommend the Colombian agency and the 2 excellent guides in Mexico.

My husband and I (both 61 yo) and our daughter (21 yo) spent 3 wonderful weeks in Mexico in June-July 2024 following an itinerary tailor-made for us by Shae of Eclipse Travel. Everything worked seamlessly and the guides were such professionals! Shae’s recommendations were spot on, including the boutique beach resort tacked on at the end of the travel itinerary (I had asked for a recommendation for a place where we could unwind before the long trip back to Melbourne). Shae delivered on the 5* service, and more. From the first email query to her advice on what to do when my husband and I disagreed on where to go. I wanted the highlights of South America tour but my husband did not like the idea of too many flights in 3 weeks. Shae advised to perhaps choose a country and deep dive into it – which is exactly what we did in Mexico. Oh, Mexico – a place that gets a bad rap in the press but in fact has so much to offer in terms of culture, history, nature, adventure, food, lovely people, etc. We felt very safe there. Shae asked the right questions to help us clarify in our minds what it was that we wanted out of this trip. Thank you so much, Shae! I cannot recommend Shae/Eclipse Travel highly enough.

"Perfect trip"

We had two trips with Eclipse travel. Peru some time ago and recently Bolivia and Atacama Desert Chile. This last one was organised by Meike (thank you very much Meike). Both trips were custom made. Both times we had perfect trips. Eclips works with local tour companies which are very reliable. Everything is on time, whenever we needed a support, they were there for us straight away answering all our questions. I liked our hotels and guides. There is a choice of luxury and standard accommodation. It's your choice. Whenever we decide to go on another trip, if it is possible, we will do it with Eclips. With them you have flexibility and full support at the same time

My travel to South America involved 2 tours and time alone. All arrangements were spot on, no hassles. I would definitely recommend Eclipse travel and intend to use them again.
