"Outstanding Service"

For some time, I had been contacting various travel companies regarding Antarctic voyages. I reside in Michigan, USA and found the travel companies I dealt with here to be less than helpful and up charging trips that were identical to the ones offered by other companies. I came across Eclipse and was immediately blown away by the response I received. They were reasonable in their pricing and the variety of excursions being offered outranked anything I had come across previously. The representative who helped me, Shae, went above and beyond my expectations. She was timely with her replies and provided a plethora of information, doing all this with a 14 hour time difference! I do a lot of international traveling, and have never worked with a travel agency before (I was always an 'on the fly' kind of traveler, with everything I needed in my backpack.) but Antarctica requires a little more attention! Shae, and Eclipse took care of the heavy lifting and catered to what my travel goals were and they acted fast to get me what I wanted. I would recommend them to friends and family for any travel arrangements and I will most definitely check them out again for future holidays.

All the arrangements by Eclipse were flawless. Good quality guides and everything on time. The tour of the Lake Titicaca floating islands is a bit of a
take by the locals but nothing to do with Eclipse.

As middle-aged tourists, we needed an organised, read safe, trip to Mexico. Eclipse made this happen. This historical sites they chose plus the excellent hotels and their locations made for a wonderful trip. When we did have a problem, Ad responded immediately and helpfully. Eclipse used local Mexican tours so we had new faces every day. This did not matter, but it did not allow any commaraderie to develop. I minor gripe is that we got to locations after 12, when it was very hot. Earlier starts would have been preferable, which we communicated to them. We didn't know much about Eclipse before our trip, but I have no hesitation in recommending them. A very good team.

We had a fantastic experience with Eclipse all the way. They always answered our questions promptly when we were planning our trip and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. On our trip to Peru and Chile we were always met with excellent guides who were always very informative and helpful. Our accommodation was excellent and in central locations which made it easy to get around on foot. We would have no hesitation in recommending Eclipse and their team to fellow travellers.

The pick ups and drop offs were flawless with everything always running on time. Each guide and each hotel knew exactly what was going on so we were informed the whole way round. The hotels were beautiful and we were surrounded at every corner by nature and its gorgeous creatures.
Have already booked another trip through Eclipse so I look forward to same hassle free travel adventure.

This was the second time we used Eclipse Travel to tour South America. What I really appreciated was the speedy response I got to my inquiry. We really only gave them 3 weeks notice so they really worked hard to accommodate us. Our tour was customised to our requirements and the holiday was certainly one to remember. I can not fault any of guides or the service we received. All of the accommodation was clean, had comfortable beds and provided breakfast. My sister and I booked the South American essentials trip. Had no problems with booking, recieving estimates and making changes (we asked for some free days). Our booking agent was Mirko, who was extremely helpful. All the guides were lovely, meeting us at the airport and breaking down the itinerary for that part of the stay. The Hotels were excellent, we chose mostly the 3 star but upgrades in Rio and Iguazu. I would recommend Eclipse to anyone traveling to South America.

"Cannot fault our South American experience"

We booked our 3 1/2 week trip to Peru though Eclipse. Being seasoned travellers I hesitated to book through an agent, but not having travelled to South America before and having 2 primary aged kids and no Spanish I gave it a go. So glad we did! Tiffany had so many great suggestions for our itinerary, we were so well cared for at every turn and included a whole bunch of tours and activities we never would have thought of. Many of which became high lights of the trip. We all just wished we had more time to spend at each new and fabulous property. Thank you Eclipse!!
