5 of us travelled to Cuba for 3 weeks with a 3 night stop over in Panama. Ad from eclipse travel put together an excellent itinerary from our ideas and his experience.
He organised our own driver and guide which worked really well for us and we could not fault them and they were proud to show us their country and they were lots of fun. All our accommodation was excellent and very comfortable and some were the most amazing buildings.We had the best time on this trip and would thoroughly recommend panama,cuba and eclipse travel

"Hassle free holiday"

We prefer to travel independently and the complex 56 day trip tailored especially to our needs by Tiffany went perfectly to plan. My husband was a little nervous as there were a lot of seperate transfers, tours and travel arrangements but it all went like clockwork. During planning some fine tuning was required and Tiffany cheerfully made these complex changes. We used most of the hotels they suggested (occasionally we treated ourselves with an upgrade) and we were happy with all hotels and most exceeded our expectations. Even though we travel a great deal we found Tiffany's information and tips very helpfull. Eclipse uses local agents in the different areas and they were all very efficient providing lots of local information as well as a detailed itinerary.

We are looking forward to using them again next year to visit Central America.

We had a wonderful, eventful, three weeks around South America. Matt was first class in helping us tailor our itinerary. We had a few health related problems just before departure and Tim was excellent in making some last minute changes. The transfers were all well organized and the local tour operators generally of a high standard. All in all, Eclipse are a very professional, flexible and accommodating organization.

"Perfectly Travel Planning"

We have just arrived back from a business trip which went to Hong Kong - Frankfurt - Hanover - Alesund - Oslo and back home via Sydney, this round trip involved 12 flights in 13 days! This complex agenda required perfect flight scheduling and attention to detail to which Matt at Eclipse excelled. This round trip was executed seamlessly providing ample time for airport Terminal changes but with minimal precious time being wasted in airports for connecting flights from our busy schedule.

This trip could not have gone any better - well done, thanks Matt.

"Praise for Eclipse Travel"

We cannot praise Eclipse Travel enough for our South America holiday. The organization was excellent and any queries were promptly answered. When it appeared we would not be able to visit Machu Picchu because of a local strike blocking roads, Setours arranged alternate transport at extra cost, which was promptly refunded by Eclipse Travel.
Having private guides and transfers organized at each venue meant that the trip went smoothly and pleasantly. It was a relief to be met at airports and transferred to hotels without any hassles.
The guides, with one exception, were very professional, helpful and informative. Not so LAN Airlines, who ignored all our confirmed seating and would not allow us to check-in online.
All hotels, with one exception in Buenos Aries, were well located and provided good service.
We have travelled widely, independently, and with groups, but our experience with Eclipse Travel to South America rates as the best.

Eclipse Travel was recommended to us and we can only endorse that they are a professional, efficient travel agency who encouraged us to experience the Napo Wildlife Centre, Galapagos, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Quito, Cusco etc - we were not let down - every experience was fantastic and took us out of our comfort zone. Our accommodation, transfers, guides, flights etc were all excellent. Their contacts in South America were equally as professional and efficient. We did not tour Rio or Buenos Aires as we had visited their previously.

We have just returned from 3 weeks in South America and cannot speak highly enough of Eclipse Travel and the service both Ed & Matt provided. Their attention to detail was second to none. We have travelled a lot and this was one of our best trips ever.
The hotels and their location were good, guides were good and informative. Just loved the whole experience.
We are in our 70's and approaching 70, so it is a company for all ages.
