"Having purchased my 5th or 6th Hozelock…"
Having purchased my 5th or 6th Hozelock pond pump, I am at a loss regarding their warranty. These are not cheap units, around £200, and come with a 3 year + 2 if registered online within 30 days, which I did.
Now after just over 4 years, my pump stopped working. I clean it regularly and as an electrical engineer with experience in commercial pumping systems know how to do this correctly. After checking for any blockages or issues with the rotor and impeller contacted Hozelock. They wouldn't even accept the unit back to investigate the problem, just trying to sell me a new impeller as this isn't covered under warranty. So I'm left with a faulty unit which should be covered, but unable to get them to act on their warranty.

I emailed regarding the expandable hozelock hose and it sprung a leak .straight away I got a email to say thtr they was dealing with my email..a little while late I got a email from Ebony saying a new hose was being sent out .I cannot fault the customer care that Ebony delivered. A big thank you to you all

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I'd had my hose just under the 3 years thankfully I kept the original receipt as whilst using it to clean out our hot tub it decided to spring a leak. it was only by chance at the store that they suggested contacting hoze lock, I'm so glad I did in less than 2 weeks I have a new hose been sent out no ifs no buts. I sent a picture of the problem with receipt and the rest is history. I would definitely recommend this company's hoze even though people give it bad reviews best hose I've ever brought and a fantastic customer service experience well done hozelock

I had an issue with a Hozelock retractable hose reel that proved to be faulty. I emailed customer support and the issue was resolved quickly with a replacement issued.

I have a burst Superhoze.
I love my Superhoze so was pretty upset when it failed. I contacted Hozelock via email and they replied immediately. A couple of emails later and they are sending me a replacement.
