"AutoReel broke - unreliable product!"

Coil mechanism broke. Just outside guarantee, despite promoting internal spare parts on website there is NO repair service (which I’d have been happy with) and they do not advise opening the case, all very odd, so the product is useless and I have meters of hose on the ground! In summary, expensive product, may only last 5yrs max so be warned... also noting issues others have had with AutoReel - not worth the cost, buy another brand or something cheaper! Unfortunately they don’t offer incentives to retain customers either, not impressed!

A small problem developed with one of their products and although it was nearly 18 months after purchase, they replaced it quickly under the 5 year guarantee without any quibble or hassle.
The service was absolutely second to none and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company and its products. I wish all companies would learn from their example - the world would be a much better place!

The retractable reel broke. I contacted Hozelock online for some guidance and was delighted with the speed of response and helpfulness. It was also nice to learn that the reel was still under warrantee and new reel was swiftly posted out. Very pleased.
