We have purchased many hozelock goods over the years and never had the need to contact them due to an issue. One of our Tufflock hoses created a leak, and we only had to contact them once and they sorted out a replacement straight away with no hassle good old fashioned service thanks 🙏🏼

I had a failure of my expandable superhoze after 3 years. I contacted customer support. Danni replied by EMail very promptly and after I E Mailed back my proof of purchase and a couple of photos.
I received another E Mail saying that a replacement wad be despatched which duly arrived 3 days later.
Overall a fantastic customer experience well done hozelock 95%of other companies would do well to follow your example

Charlie, Hozelock’s representative dealt with me in a very friendly, helpful and efficient way.
I rang on 19th April with a query as my hozelock leaked. After sending him a video and details of the order he found out that my hozelock was still under guarantee and a new one arrived yesterday. I wish all companies were so efficient and friendly.
