Have had to contact Hozelock customer service twice recently, once to claim on a warranty and then because of a missing part in a delivery. Both times I was able to get a speedy resolution with no quibbles. Wouldn’t buy any other brand of hose equipment. Very pleased.

We contacted the extremely polite and professional customer Services Team on Monday and by Wednesday the same week the problem was resolved and replaced.
This is why we always by Hozelock products.
