I phoned Hozelock after damaging the mount on my retractable 25m hose reel. Worried I might not be able to get a replacement, I spoke to Chloe, a Customer Services Supervisor and she dealt with my request, sorting out a replacement. Communications with her were excellent and I was kept abreast of what was happening.
All in all an excellent company and one I would highly recommend!

If I could give Hozelock 10 stars then I would - particularly Ross Cumberlidge who sorted my urgent problem out at the telephone and by emails.
I have two Biorforce Revolution 14000 high pressure filters servicing my garden pond. I was replacing both UV bulbs and all seemed to be going to plan until I turned on the power to discover that the quartz tube for the bulb in one filter had slightly fractured at the base and flooded ( tripping the lights in part of the lower floor of my house amongst other things !!! )
I have quite a few fish and therefore needed a replacement bulb and quartz tube to get the other filter going as quickly as possible. I spoke to Ross at the phone and cutting a long story short he went totally out of his way to expedite delivery and get the spares to me pronto. They have just been delivered.
Exceptional service that got me ( and my scaly friends!) out of trouble. Thanks Hozelock and thanks Ross.

The fish pond I have for over 20 years, most of the pond accessories supplied by Hozelock. I only have issue with uv ballast, i made complaint online and very quickly it was replaced. So yes, great customer service.
