Contacted Hozelock regarding an issue with our 40m retractable hose.
Spoke to Tim Tannel who's product knowledge was excellent as too was his communication.

Issue resolved immediately. Excellent service.

" hozelock 20 mtr reel set…"

Bought the Hozelock 2412 20 mtr reel set with attachments. Naively assumed open the box put on the end attachment and off you go.
Opening the box was easy, actually putting the whole thing together required a degree in mechanics plus the help of wonderful neighbour and You Tube instructions and over an hour of time. The written instructions are a waste of time and without seeing YouTube it would have been impossible.
Suggest you review the instructions.

Had a fault on my Aquaforce 1000 pond pump. Contacted customer services and a replacement was sent by return of post. Excellent customer service.

"Poor quality"

Never again will I buy another hozelock product as the hose guns have never lasted and the hose itself has split and kinks constantly. This hose was purchased some years ago but it's just cheap materials of very poor quality. The plastics have weathered badly. My replacement will be a different brand. Avoid paying a premium price for poor quality.

30m Superhoze. Great design product. Unfortunately there was a fault after a few years but the 5 year guarantee meant it was replaced quickly and without fuss. Great customer service, thank you Sean 👍
