"I ordered a Hoselock wall mounted reel…"
I ordered a Hoselock wall mounted reel from Amazon, it arrived next day and was mounted on the wall however the disc that was included for the centre of the reel was too small.
I contacted Amazon who advised me to return it for a full refund as to be fair is their policy. As it was already on the wall I contacted Hoselock Customer Services and Charlie immediately took ownership of the problem and after I had given details of the missing part ordered me a new right size disc which arrived next day.
Hozelock were brilliant and second to non.

I contacted Hozelock customer services as one of my many hozelock products required a part.
It was still within warranty so I emailed customer service.
Sean replied to me promptly and solved my problem instantly in a single email. I was really impressed with him and it makes such a difference when dealing with a professional.
Thanks Sean. I will continue to purchase hozelock for all my gardening needs.

My superhoze split so I put it in the bin (as you do!) anyway as I was about to also throw out the original box I stumbled across my paperwork and noticed that it was still within the warranty period. I appealed to the goodwill of the folk at hozelock, as I had now disposed of the evidence that the hose was actually split, and guess what they came up trumps and are sending me a replacement. That’s what I call good old fashioned, common sense customer service!!! Well done and thanks to Chloe and Ebony for helping me along 👏 👏 👏

"Hose reel replacement- no quibble! "
My two year old Hozelock
hose reel was ejected off the wall by water pressure and wouldn’t reattach. I contacted the company and they immediately cut to the chase and sent me a complete new hose reel assembly free of charge. Brilliant service.

My hose developed a fault. I called hozelock customer service and they told me what to do to get a replacement as it was still under 5 year warranty. That’s amazing and why Hozelock costs a little more. A great product and a great long warranty backed up with excellent customer service

I had an issue with the Handle where I fitted it to the wrong side not realising once u attach it you can’t take it off without sawing and replacing the handle. I emailed customer support and the lovely Sean advised what I had to do and as I said the manual should have made this very clear so he has sent me a new replacement. 5 stars for CS but 1 star for Hozelock for designing a handle u can’t take off again once fixed.
