I was very happy and couldn’t recommend Hozelock customer service team highly enough.

Update 04/06/2024 - So just a quick update on this, and we still have not got any further really and its 15 days since first contacting them on the 20/05/2024. So if you are thinking of buying Hozelock products you may want to take the time Hozelock take to respond and resolve any issues into account. So on the 29/05/2024 (9 days later) I did get a reply asking for proof of purchase , which I had already provided on the 20/05/2024 and video of the issues. why it took 9 days just to ask for further info is beyond me seems just like and exercise at dragging things out. I duly sent the video on the 31/05/2024 I sent the videos as requested but since Hozelock do not have a method or webform to submit these issues you will be subject to the maximum email attachment size permitted by your email provider, mine being google, now google provide a solution to this it involves the video being stored in google drive and the recipient in this case Hozelock being given access to view them. come the 03/06/2024 I get a reply back which basically says Hozelock are not allowed to open the videos because google drive is not GDPR compliant (which is actually correct) but makes it difficult to provide videos which are of a larger size when Hozelock themselves do not provide a method of submission. So today the 04/06/2024 I have submitted GIFF videos in the hope that these are acceptable and will await the minimum 2 day wait time before I get any response. Further updates to follow ..........
I have a faulty Autoreel 40M that to be honest has been a pain since day one, It had to be replaced from brand new as it just gushed water everywhere and the 2nd one now just leaks from inside as well as that the rewind mechanism is useless. the retailer replaced the original one after a couple of days, now I have to resort to the Hozelock 5 year warranty
So far very poor response times, been waiting 5 days for a response still nothing, to be honest that`s just not acceptable in this day and age, 24 hours fine but at this rate who know how long this will take to resolve if at all, they actually state they can take between 5-10 days to reply to an email. I don`t hold up much hope. Just hope you don`t have a issues with a product you buy. 10 years ago 5 to 10 days to respond to an email may have been acceptable but in this age this has to be the slowest response of almost any company in the world. Serously need to reconsider their support response time compared to their competitors in the this market.

My Hozelock auto-reel has been a faithful servant in my garden since I bought it in 2022 however, it developed a fault that I couldn’t fix so I reached out to Hozelock. From the moment go, they were responsive, helpful and professional throughout. After very little effort on my part, Tim at Hozelock organised a replacement which was beyond what I was hoping for and far exceeded my expectations.
I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend Hozelock customer service team highly enough.

My hozelock autoreel broke within the guarantee period. Once I provided proof of purchase Sean could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue. As a result I would recommend buying from Hozelock again and well done Sean!
