I contacted Hozelock and asked if there was anything they could do to help, my retractable hose was 5 years to the week old and had stopped reeling in, Sean couldn't have been more helpful, after providing my original receipt and video of the issue I was sent a brand new unit, thank you so much!

"I have had a problem with my hosepipe"
I have had a problem with my hosepipe, after nearly four years. I decided to contact Hozelock by email, and spoke to Tim who was amazing and arranged for a replacement. it was a lovely surprise because I really did not expect a replacement after four years, so thank you Tim and Hozelock.

"Replaced defective hose - great service."
We bought a 30M Superhose (model 8230) from an external supplier in 2021 and registered it with a 5 year guarantee. The hose developed leaks in 2022 and was replaced under guarantee. The replacement hose developed leaks in 2024 and is again to be replaced. Excellent service, but misses 5* because of the issues with the product.

"Absolutely awful product"
Absolutely awful product. Auto retract hose reel that refused to work after 2 years was replaced last year under guarantee. The new one is doing the same this year. Do yourself a favour and look for a better manufacturer if you’re looking for a hose reel.

"Hozelock Spray gun issue"
I've always used Hozelock's products and never had a problem with them. I recently had an issue with one of the spray guns after nearly 10 months. Contacted Hozelock to report the problem and after a couple of photos, they have arranged for a new one to be sent out within a few days! This is the kind of customer service everybody should aspire to be. Dean

Cloud controller what a nightmare this product is! doesn't work unable to reset app unable to get help from hozelock complete waste of money.
