Had a problem with a 30m expanding hose bursting. Got in touch with Hozelock and Ebony, a customer services assistant, was absolutely first class and sorted the issue without fuss and a new hose arrived quickly. Thank you very much.

Bought a”tufhoze” a few years ago but didn’t keep my receipt.
Recently the hose spangle a leak but as I was able to provide them with a serial number they have replaced the hose “foc”
