"Tuffhoze replaced under guarantee"

The tuffhoze that I bought just over a year ago developed a leak. Ebony from the customer service team was very helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. It arrived quickly

Absolute rubbish, I have had several of these now and they have broken in the first year, I am now trying Gardena, cheaper and better built.
Answer to Hozelock.
I cannot find receipt.

Slightly redeemed, they have sent me a replacement gun, but this does not detract from the fact they do not last a season and at £30 they should! I await to hear from Hozelock.

Had an issue where a Hozelock autoreel stopped reeling the hoze in. We had bought via Amazon 2 years prior and hadn't registered for the guarantee, but the Amazon order had come with a 5 year guarantee. Ross from Hozelock helped us out and got us a replacement without any hassle once he could see it was broken. Very happy with the outcome and will buy from them again!

Emailed Hozelock regarding my Tuffhose which sprang a leak, i had registered the warranty, however, i could not find my proof of purchase. Tim from customer service was very helpful and agreed to replace my Tuffhose.
