Had an issue with a hose we bought a while ago, could not find the receipt but phoned and spoke to Sean who was nothing short of amazing, sorted a replacement and was very helpful. This is how customer service should be. Very grateful, thank you very much

"Outstanding customer service!"

We purchased a Hozelock SuperHoze in July 2020 from B&Q, which started leaking from the middle as the pipe within the enclosed fabric, seems to have broken. On checking with Hozelock, we were asked to send a copy of the receipt (fortunately had it online) with a brief video showing the leak.
Tim who handled our case, was incredibly helpful and immediately actioned a replacement hose which we are told is on its way. Such professionalism in handling our request for help, is simply outstanding, particularly since the product is 4 years old. Thank you, Tim for making a customer very happy, and we will not hesitate in recommending your products. Ranjan

"Quality products & after sales support"

I purchased a connector accessory which unfortunately leaked when fitted. The Hozelock Customer Support staff were responsive and attentive from the outset. I tried a replacement from the retailer but this was also faulty so ultimately Ebony from the the support team said she would send a replacement direct form Hozelock.
These days it is rare to receive old style Customer Service so credit to the Company & the team, let’s hope other organisations see the value in looking after customers. I have nothing but good things to say about Hozelock, their products and after sales service.

"Excellent British company with wonderful customer service"

Bought a Hozelock freestanding fast reel garden hose in 2020 with a five year warranty - worked very well but recently became temperamental when trying to rewind. Contacted Hozelock and they agreed to send a new one - can not fault their customer service, and reinforced my original choice to purchase from Hozelock - and as an unexpected bonus, the new one comes with a five year warranty!
An excellent example of a British company - keep up the good work

"Replacement of Superhoze "

Customer service sorted out a leak problem with my Superhoze, this is the 2nd hoze that's been replaced by Hozelock. I always look after the hoze after use it's depressurised and always stored for winter. Hopefully this replacement will last.

Had an issue with our hosepipe which was quickly dealt with by Ebony in Customer service. We cannot thank them enough for their quick and satisfactory response. Registering for the extended warranty was well worth it. A pleasure to deal with such a household name.

"Outstanding customer service from Sean"

Sean customer service agent was extremely helpful and sent me the information that I needed to get a replacement hose under my warranty.
He quickly responded to my email requests and ordered a replacement hose to replace the faulty one.
