I purchased the "select" hose in 2022 and it had deteriorated badly by June 2024, delayering itself in quite a few areas.
After contacting hozelock directly I was asked to send a few photos to show the issues I had with the hose, I then received confirmation that a new hose will be sent out within a few days.
This issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently by hozelock, I am very pleased with the outcome and how it was dealt with.
I have used hozelock products for over 40 years with no issues except this recent failed hose pipe.
I 100% recommend both the company and their after sales service.

Have been using Hozelock for a long time .The normal hose and fittings seem to last forever.
I have for the last few years been using the expandable hose that I prefer,unfortunately it seems to perish after about 2 years,I keep it inside in the winter.
Having said all that, I must say your guarantee is second to none with no hassle, as for your customer’s service team they are excellent to deal with our queries.

"Excellent after service"
Excellent after service. Never had this type of follow up from any company. My handset developed a fault. It is out of the warranty period so I asked if they did any spare parts. Angel requested my email and address and told me it would be replaced. You cannot fault that service whoever you are. Would buy Hozelock in the future because of that customer service.

"Leak in Autoreel hose"
Had a leak inside an autoreel which can not be taken apart and be repaired. The unit itself is less than 12 months old as it was a replacement for another faulty reel. Phoned the company who will do nothing as they said it was replaced as an out of warranty replacement which is news to me. As they units come with a 5 year warranty I think this is very poor
