We bought a farden hose over a 12 month ago for some reason we had problem with the water going through this year I rang Hozelock spoke to Sean there was no problem he said he would replace it with no problems he was really nice and mire than helpful we always buy Hozelock accessories for the garden and will continue to do so first class customer service

Excellent customer service. Bought a Tuffhoze three years ago. It is superb in that it doesn't kink or get knotted. Unfortunately the hose attachment on the end no longer retains it's grip on any items. I contacted Hozelock with my guarantee details, sent them a short video and photograph and within 2 hours had agreed to send me a replacement hose. Very impressive service. Thank you

We had a hozelock hose that split after about 18 months. Contacted customer service and spoke to Tim who was brilliant so helpful. As the hose was still under warranty he has arranged for a replacement to be sent straight to our door free of charge.

"Hozelock to the rescue!"
I bought an autoreel hose via EBay ,I did not realise EBay will only accept returns on faulty goods for 3 months after purchase. The auto reel stopped working approximately 8 months after the purchase date.
Hozelock customer service, and in particular Olivia, were fantastic and replaced my hose free of charge.
Really good customer service thank you. I will be using Hozelock again!
