"Incompetence "

My dog is dependent on strong painkillers, controlled drugs ! I have to go through hoops, not allowed to have spare in case of emergency ! Tried having them delivered by weldricks but they never arrived when they should ! So now prescriptions go to the pharmacy and they phone me when ready to be picked up . I always make sure they receive the prescription with plenty of time to be available. Received a phone call last Friday to say they were ready to be picked up. Today, the following Wednesday when I arrived at the pharmacy I was after an hour or so ,despite an extremely helpful lady making numerous phone calls. It seemed that no one had a clue where they were ! Was given a number to complain and the woman said she would go to warehouse and phone me back . She didn't bother ! She phoned the helpful young lady and told her to apologise n I had to come back ( the pharmacy is other side of the city but the only one in sheffield that does controlled animal drugs) I rang to complain about the fact that their incompetence was causing my boy PAIN. The fact that they lost CONTROLLED Drugs. The fact that the woman couldn't BE BOTHERED to phone me back . I got a call after 5pm telling me they only had part of my prescription because it had been sent to the wrong place. A LITTLE mistake he said .There is NO LITTLE MISTAKE allowed with CONTROLLED DRUGS ! There really needs to be a proper legal review into weather weldricks is fit to deal with this simple kind of matter at All !
