We arrived just before closure at Copenhagen city rental office. The agent on duty was very helpful as we had to park the car overnight in Copenhagen for an early morning departure. The agent helped us load a parking app on our phone and showed us where to park.The agent explained the insurance options -no pressure . The vehicle, diesel VW van was clean and the cost was very reasonable

"Damage to be or not to be"

I‘m still somewhat undecided on how to rate … hence 3 out of 5. „OK“ rental, price and hand over of the car. Thank you for the upgrade. (note: would expect more explicit pointer to condition of car and agents who are really fluent in english); Return of car - here we get to the core issue. Station not manned, hence you drop the key. 4 (!) weeks later I get send a damage report dated 5 hours past return (apologies, I don‘t control what happend on the parking lot). Filing my complains leads to „corrected return time“ (which I can‘t track either). Now another week later - still not aware if I will have liability or not.

The people at the office were extremely helpful in sorting out the car we needed. They told us about a toll bridge we woukd be using so we paid ahead for that and advised me with the driving rules and regulations in Denmark. The car was nice and clean and the drop off at the airport was extremely convenient and easy.

Das Auto war Top! Genau das Auto bekommen welches wir Online gebucht hatten. Sowohl innen als auch außen keine Mängel ( Liste war vorhanden). Das Auto hatte gerade mal um die 12,800 km drauf, wirkte somit fast wie neu. Die Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert (alles digital), nettes Englisch sprechendes Personal. Alles in allem sehr zu Empfehlen. Angenehm war auch der Shuttle Bus der Fußläufig vom Flughafen schnell zu erreichen war. Dieser hielt anschließend auch direkt vor dem Car Rental Center so das auch dies eine äußerst unkomplizierte Sache war. Leicht irritierend war jedoch bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs der Parking lot. Die Dimensionen von dem herausführenden Weg vom 2ten Deck wirkte etwas schmal und bedurfte ein wenig Mut diesen runter zu fahren :). Jedoch wie anfangs schon erwähnt eine sehr zufriedenstellende und angenehme Erfahrung. Ohne weiteres weiter zu Empfehlen!

I was VERY surprised when I got my final invoice. It was much higher than anticipated. One thing you have to pay extra for is if you rent it by the air port do if you can, rent it from somewhere else. Another thing is that nobody brings the car to you. You have to walk very far to get your car. Pro was I was upgraded for free. Oh, another thing, if you take the car to another country there is another fee!

Basisprisen er fin, og hurtig respons. Minileasing i 110 dage, hvor man skal til udlandet i 7 dage - koster lige pludselig 390,- kr PR MÅNED. Hvorfor skal der også betales i de resterende måneder?
