"The Cobra sinks it’s fangs into adventure!!"

"First off, the Himiway Cobra is absolutely amazing!! I’ve never ridden a better mountain bike that takes it to the next level of innovation of e-bikes. This thing is a beast, in a great way! As many reviews have stated, it is a bike for larger/taller riders. I’m 6’1, 240lbs (hopefully less soon with this e-bike) and I feel it fits my frame perfectly. So, smaller framed folks might need to choose wisely.
Anyways, this e-bike is so well engineered & built I feel I’ll never need to buy into anything else. From the start of the process, communicating with customer service, to the shipment, and putting it together, I have never had a better experience!! The customer service is very responsive and open to work with you. Shipping only took a few days and putting it together was super easy!
I just put my first 10 miles on this bad boy as a test run and can’t believe the power it has! I can’t wait for trails to dry out to really to let her shine!! Also, they also now offer the rear rack and fenders for the Cobra and I have them on order. Way to go Himiway! You really hit it out of the park with the Cobra."

Hi everyone I own a Himiway Step Thru Cruiser. To start I am 68 years young and I love my Himiway bike . I have owned it since January 2023 . It was a breeze to assemble it, this bike is of high quality from the spokes to the frame . I love the way it handles at all speeds on all terrain, the 9 pedal assist levels are excellent, the braking system is excellent, the Shimano 7 speed derailleur is perfect .The battery are top notch Samsung or LG cells . I have added many accessories to it . Honestly it feels like you’re riding a well built motorcycle. And I have hit 32 mph with pedaling and motor assist ( wear your helmet) . I give this E-bike 10 Stars . Don’t hesitate to buy a Himiway you won’t be sorry .

I have a few bikes from Himiway. Cruiser step thru and zebra step thru. Bikes are strong. Recently I needed replacement controller but because some regulations, they had to tune the power down. Leo and his team always seem to respond very quickly and is helping me to figure out a solution.

"Good Customer Service is not dead"

I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from Cindy and the Tech Support Team at Himiway. Cindyi made the process easy. Between her and Tech Support, the problem I was having was resolved so incredibly fast that I could hardly believe it and this was happening with a Holliday Weekend in the middle of it all. I am 71 years old and this is the 2nd time in my entire life that I have received this level of Customer Service.

You have a fabulous product and a fabulous staff. It is evident that everyone at Himiway takes pride in their work and the company. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. "Himiway Step thru and Escape"

Battery has never been an issue on any of our joint rides. Always plenty of power , with peddle assist and with a twist of the throttle. My neighborhood is all hills, on the North shore of Long Island, N.Y. You are either going up hill or down hill. So far so good. Batteries are fine and the brakes are fine. I also love the specials on the accessories, especially the blue tooth speaker, the fully ajustable gooseneck mirrors, and the saddlebags Thank you Himiway for that. The Q,s

Love my bike! Shipping time was reasonable and the bike arrived in great shape. Very easy to put together, especially watching the video. Great power and I’ve gone on rides over 45 miles and still had two bars of power left using pedal assist.

I live in a high valley (7200') in SW Colorado, and from my house everything is up, mostly on washboard gravel roads. I'm 69 and hadn't been on my road bike for around 15 years, so I was out of shape for riding. I got a Cobra around 2 months ago, and I've really been enjoying it. It takes off nicely as soon as I start pedaling, and I'm still getting the exercise I need without being miserable doing it. I've found the fat tires and suspension make the bike pretty smooth on the rough roads, even going downhill around 25 mph. The fat tires have always been quite stable and sure-footed, and coming from someone proud of their 1" tires and super lightweight bike, I'm glad I made the switch. Two complaints: the instructions could use more information about maintenance, like adjusting the suspension or brakes. Fortunately, there are tons of YouTube videos that are very helpful. The other thing is that it took quite a while to get all the accessories I ordered, but that wasn't a big issue for me.

"Zebra ST my new legs"

I got my Zebra step through in December and have over 700 miles on it to date. After a lot of research I bought this bike because of the power and range. I never have to worry about getting home. And Himiway’s customer service has always replied to any questions I had within 24 hours. I often have people tell me what a nice looking e-bike it is. I agree!!! After having a severe break to my left leg I can’t get around on a regular bike but my Himiway lets me get back out on the trails. Thanx Himiway I’m having a blast!!!

"Not a happy camper"

I got hit with a $125.00 transaction fee from my credit card company for a cross-border transaction after the fact. It would have been nice if a person had been made aware that this could happen and a person should check with your credit card company before a purchase. Had two inner tubes split open in the first one hundred twenty miles. Himiway said they would send new inner tubes for $9.00 for shipping each time. Purchased an extra battery for the Escape Pro for $550.00 and maybe cycled the battery five times and it quit taking a charge. That costs another $80.00 for the shipping per warranty rules. This is turning into one big money pit. Right now I am afraid to go more than ten miles away from home and I will be stranded on the roadside somewhere. I added a rear rack to carry the extra battery and other things, which shifted the center of gravity up high enough to make the Escape Pro very unstable. I could go on, but I will stop right here, not a happy camper.
