"Location was perfect, not so clean"

Location was perfect, however the room was not so clean, stains on the wall, and curtains.
The bathroom floor was not so clean either.
Regarding the staff it was okay.
But good point was the location

"I cant praise this Hotel enough"

I cant praise this Hotel enough, having stayed here whilst working in Amsterdam last year, the service and professionalism of the entire team is exceptional, The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard, are spacious, and the beds are so Comfy the wife wants one at home :) When I returned last week this time on a short break with the wife, It was like returning Home, that's how welcoming the team at XO Artemis make you feel... Well done all of you.

"I did not like the fact that they told…"

I did not like the fact that they told me that they did not have the room I had booked available, and that they had no other options, having booked more than two months ago. But what I liked the least was the bed, super uncomfortable, it was always sinking in the middle, I could not sleep well the two nights I spent there, and I spent the whole trip tired, it was what I really detested.

"Mindervaliden kamer niet geschikt voor mindervaliden"

Het was fijn om onze auto in de parkeergarage te kunnen parkeren en ook dat er een spar naast ligt waar je broodjes kunt halen. €18.00 voor een ontbijtje is erg duur.
Wij hadden de mindervaliden kamer gerereserveerd. Die lag dicht bij de liften.
Er was een douche stoeltje en een verhoogd toilet met beugels. Het bed daarentegen was veel te laag, mijn man kwam er heel moeilijk vanaf. Mede doordat het een bed was waar als de een zich om draaide de ander wiebelde of je op een luchtbed lag. Het bed stond aan 1 kant heel ver tegen de muur, je kon er bijna niet lopen zo smal. Laat dit nu net de kant zijn waar mijn man het bed ik kan komen. Verschuiven konden we het bed niet.
Toen ik daar smorgens een melding van maakte, kreeg ik als antwoord de volgende keer dan maar geen mindervaliden kamer boeken. Nou die volgende keer komt er niet meer. Blijkbaar denkt meneer dat je zo’n kamer voor de lol boekt.
De bar was vrij ongezellig en erg koud, we hebben er due ook niet lang gezeten. De barman daarentegen was heel vriendelijk en de warme chocomel met slagroom was heel lekker.
Maar zoals ik eerder heb gezegd, hier komen we niet meer terug.

mooie kamer, lekker ontbijt, goed onthaal aan de balie. Interessante ligging. (Vlakbij metrostation)

This hotel offered a clean, peaceful stay with easy access to Amsterdam's city center via public transport. The convenient nearby Spar and the exceptionally friendly staff were definite highlights.

"Schoonmaak is slecht "

Hotel geboekt ivm een concert in de ziggo dome en het is op loopafstand.
Badkamer was vies (opgedroogde bloedvlekken op de vloer bij het toilet en lange haren op de grond). Klacht ingediend en het zou worden schoongemaakt. Na het concert was de vloer idd schoon gemaakt echter zat er nog bloed op de klep van de wc bril. In de ochtend bij het openen van de gordijnen kwam er een dames onderbroek tevoorschijn. We hebben snel ontbeten en zijn vertrokken. Douchen heb ik thuis gedaan.

amazing hotel, staff all friendly and helpful, location has nearby groceries and also tram to centre is just outside , quiet neighborhood, great for families as rooms were spacious, breakfast buffet was great , cheaper than if paying individually in a cafe in city , check in and check out is a breeze . we were in 903 which was situated in a quiet floor with nice view of city

"Very friendly staff"

Very friendly staff. We arrived early and we were able to leave luggage.
On return to check in smooth process and well informed.
Room very spacious. Large bathroom. Coffee making facilities and a fridge. Also iron and ironing board. Would definitely stay again.
