Ik had gevraagd om een queensize bed maar kreeg ongevraagd 3 losse bedden.
Kamer was koud
Er waren lege bekers in de kamer maar die waren al gebruikt.
En de douche lekte water in de badkamer.

"Ottimo hotel"

Ottimo hotel, un po' distante dal centro ma con la fermata del tram posizionata proprio di fronte. Camere spaziose, ben arredate, nuove e pulite. Colazione varia, sia dolce che salata.

"Ideal for mini break."

Excellent room, refreshed every day with coffee pods, toiletries and towels. Lovely breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly placed near the station for trams, trains, buses or Metro. Italian and Indian restaurants just across the road. Ideal for our short stay.

"Exceptional value"

I would say the best value hotel in Amsterdam. The rate was excellent, the room newly refurbished and of exceptional quality that matches Hilton level I would say. The hotel was out of the way of Amsterdam city however this was more than compensated by the fact it is literally next to the metro station with trains every 10 minutes that go to the city (around 15 min journey).

"Paradas de bus enfrente"

Me gustó muchooo que las paradas de bus para el área turistica quedaban enfrente; me facilitó mucho ir y venir, que aceptaran mi maleta sin cargo antes del check in. Y no me gustó la luz fuerte en la noche del no molestar y hacer limpieza, me gusta la obscuridad para dormir

"My honest experience"

My experience was average, only couple of comments I would like to provide on the process related to the booking.

I've been on business trip and week before my actual trip I found out that the hotel has changed the owner and when I reached out to the reception, they said if I don't make advanced payment, my booking would be canceled. I didn't get any notification regarding the process change and just because I wanted to confirm my stay at the hotel, I had a chance to keep the booking. It caused a lot of stress (for the business trip we are not allowed to proceed with hotel booking ourselves, only with the agency).

In the hotel room the coffee machine wasn't cleaned properly (very dusty water container).

Overall, the experience was good. I really like the restaurant and the quality of food (kudos to chef, tuna steak was the best!) also, very friendly staff at the reception. When I had a visitor, they requested my confirmation by calling to the room. It's very important from safety perspective (not all hotels even with 5* are following this process).

"OKish"

I liked that everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was very quiet and comfortable and had all expected facilities. I pulled one star for the fact that there was a dirty towel in my room, soap was empty, Lamp not working, exterior roomdoor dirty. So first impression failed me and it seems to miss a bit of attention. I pulled the second star for the Gym. It is super tiny, with a few machines crammed in it. It's not possible to lay down a mat or train in it with more than one person without getting in each others way.

"Fine hotel with a good parking "

We really like this hotel, very friendly staff and a good parking!
Unfortunately the shower was almost impossible to turn on and off but when phoning the reception they came to look immediately.
We walked through the nearby parks into town which was beautiful.
