Area was far and loud at most times. Got my door knocked at very loudly a few times without any response. Extremely loud outside the room

"Robberies and drug dealing in criminal hotel"

€100 cash, €600 headphones and €150 hoodie stolen from our luggage. Reception staff and managers complicit in the robbery. No CCTV footage and no effort made to assist the return of our valuables.
Witnessed the security staff selling drugs at the front of the building on several occasions.
The hotel is to be avoided like the plague due to blatant criminal activity in which the whole staff is aware of.
There are many reviews of such events from others including items stolen from the safes. You are not safe in this hotel.

Great position in a beautiful and quite part of the city , close to the Museums district.
Good service in general but room cleaning to improve .

In en uitchecken ging soepel. De kamer voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. De schoonmaak was minder goed. Er lagen veel haren, het beddengoed zat vol vlekken en de badkamer stonk enorm sterk naar urine/riool.

The hotel fully met our expectations. Our room matched the images on the website exactly. Although check-in time was 15.00, we were able to check in at 14.30. When making the reservation, I requested a room with a high floor and a view. This request has been taken into consideration. Checking in was very easy with the check in robot. The room size, comfort and bathroom cleanliness were quite good. We met our drink needs from the vending machine in the hotel. There are also 2 markets within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel. The tram close to the hotel's location allowed us to reach many points easily. We were very pleased with the price and performance.

Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie voor de evenementen op de Arena Boulevard.
Met de metro sta je binnen 20 minuten in hartje centrum.
Metro halte is op 2 min. loopafstand.
De ontvangst is gastvrij de medewerkers zijn behulpzaam en vriendelijk.w
De kamers zijn goed en praktisch ingericht.
Een zitje, plek voor je koffer, ruime kledingkast en boxspring bed.
De badkamer is ruim en schoon, douche is heel fijn en goede waterdruk.
Het ontbijt is uitstekend volop keus en werd goed aangevuld en schoongehouden.
Er wordt verbouwd maar daar hebben wij geen hinder van ondervonden.
Parkeren voor het hotel €20 per dag.

Het enige minpunt was het matras die zat onder de pillen en losse stukjes.
Dit voelde je door het laken heen.
Toen we het laken optilden om er wat losse stukjes af te halen zagen we er ook enorme vermoedelijk koffievlekken in.
Dit hoeft tegenwoordig met alle middelen die er zijn om je matras schoon en netjes te houden.

Aardig personeel, makkelijk inchecken en uitchecken en de kamer zag er ook goed uit, hier en daar wat slijtage maar merk je niks van. Voor de prijs heel goed en de badkamer was prachtig. Zal zeker weer hier komen!

The room was very big and comfortable. The perfect one for a family! Excellent position, near to the Museum Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum and accessible by public transport from the Central station (tram 2 or 12). The personnel has been very available for giving us all the information we needed. We will come back soon!!!
