De gordijnen gaan niet helemaal dicht waardoor je wakker wordt bij daglicht. Heel vervelend.

"Chambre impeccable"

Chambre impeccable, propreté et insonorisation +++, emplacement ok (tram juste en face), parking ok, petit déjeuner : variété de choix mais beaucoup trop industriel pour 18 € dans un 4*..., personnel moyen. Même s'il reste quelqu'un à l'accueil, nous sommes surpris du nombre de desk "chek-in"...Dans cette catégorie, l'accueil personnalisé reste primordial. Enfin, vu la situation de l'hôtel, un restaurant/bar (même basique) aurait été bienvenu plutôt que des distributeurs ou un renvoi vers uber eats, de nouveau vu la catégorie de l'hôtel. Quelques remarques mais globalement le séjour à l'hôtel fut positif.

It’s a very nice hotel with good beds and tasteful breakfast. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The room is soundproof; there was no noise from neighbours of street sounds.

Super rien à dire tram devant la porte de l'hotel pour aller directement au centre ville. Parking payant 20€/24h mais bien sécurisé et moins cher qu'en ville. Top on reviendra !

Nice and cozy rooms. It was very easy to get around in the city. Very pleasant experience with Amsterdam.

The staff was flexible and gave us a different room as the window in the first room proved not to be completeley tight against the noise from outside.

"Positive experience but…"

Positive experience: beds were large and comfortable. Perfect and delicious breakfast! Negative: lamp broken, noisy airco, and there was a noisy guest at the entrance and calling to our door saying there were gosts inside... the hostess in the hotel kept calm but was not able to handle the situation. Overall in potention a good place.

"Refused refund"

I paid extra for a late check out, but then checked out on time in the morning. The hotel refused to refund the late checkout fee, and at no time had informed me it was non-refundable. It left a bitter taste.
