"P&O parking 🙄 SOUTHAMPTON 🚢 Perfect location"
SOUTHAMPTON 🚢 Perfect location 1min walk to check in or could be 5min depending on how able you are. Didn’t realise I had to pre book, having took advantage of P&O offer of parking (so pre book is my advice I think up to 35days before) so paid, not to worry. (They was all lovely and took photos of car 🚙 so make sure it’s clean 🧽) and off we went. Got back, car was waiting there was a small issue I spoke to Manager who was sound, he said someone would ring me next week as head office not open weekends, Spoke to Sarah who sorted it. Brilliant service.

"Not a good experience"
Not a good experience, an awful company to deal with, they don’t answer emails or phone calls, if you have a problem and pass the blame ignoring your evidence, even when you are right. Booked through P&O for Southampton, arrived having paid then refused as not having our details and charged not just again, but plus another £25!

"A Stressful start to our holiday"
We paid £162 for 2 weeks parking whilst on the P &O Iona from 30th December- 13th January 2024.
We had to queue for over 2 1/2 hours to get into their car park, missing our scheduled arrival slot by 2 hours.
It was horrendous and loads of drivers were affected. The comments were mostly unrepeatable.
CPS blamed their customers on Facebook for "arriving early".
Quite a pathetic response when you consider that they would be expected to cope with sudden surges by having sufficient drivers? Never again for us.

"It was so easy to use the cruise…"
It was so easy to use the cruise parking. We had a disabled person with us. We couldn't fault the service. Dropping off the car was so easy and so close to check in. You drive up, take your luggage, Your vehicle is photographed before someone drives your car and parks it for you. You get a card with a number on it, on your return, you go to the wee hut thing an give them your card an they tell you exactly where your car is parked for you to collect it. We thought it was so good we have rebooked the service for our next 2 trips next year.

"Reasons for Concern"
Had always been very happy with CPS having used them a lot over the years. However, our last cruise returned to a different berth to the one we left from. I was slightly concerned about where my car had been as the front seats had both been adjusted and the rear headrests had been adjusted as though at least four people had been in my car and most worryingly, my dashcam had been disconnected. I can only make assumptions as to why this was but why ever it was, it wasn’t for a positive reason.

I have used CPS and unfortunately encountered 2 issues when parking . Resulting in slight damage to my vehicle . I personally now prefer park on my drive , safe secure parking locally , and also terminal drop off / collection

"Perfect smooth service"
Perfect smooth service both for embarkation and disembarking. Within 5 minutes we were in the car and a helpful steward took my trolley away - the easiest way to leave a ship!
