"Great system, mostly great staff,BUT"

First time cruise on Arcadia,free parking with P&O,very good experience ,dropping off polite staff explained it all ,quick pick up on return again helpful staff on our way in 10 mins.
Was a bit concerned as electric car can have 12volt battery problems if left for a while.I left instructions inside car explaining how to turn main isolater in fuse area to prevent problems. Car started fine though.
However on visiting local supermarket this morning I found that the pound coins I leave in drivers door for trolleys,normally 3 had all gone missing.
Also found parking change in centre consul was only 10pence left.
Very disappointing as apart from that I would highly recommend and would have been 5 stars all the way.
I would use again but will check what I leave in future.
Looking through reviews I can see this is the 3rd time since June that this problem has been reported.
Great shame .
Following update,phoned the number left on reply,it just goes through to a Switchboard,I was hoping the person replying would have left at least a name and number I could call,this makes me feel that it doesn't really matter ,so I won't bother trying.

"Really helpful"

Really helpful, friendly and professional staff. They made the process of dropping off my car so easy. The drop off point is directly outside the terminal and their staff assisted us when we arrived late after getting caught in traffic so we got into the terminal as quickly as possible. Collecting my car afterwards was also so easy as just by the disembarkation point and they also told us whereabouts it was in the car park. Felt reassured too that my car would be ok. Would definitely use them again.

"So slick"

I've been using CPS several times a year for ten years and always received the most efficient and effective service. I wish other aspects of service provision in our lives were as slick as CPS. I take this opportunity to remind readers that CPS are not responsible for huge numbers of guests arriving at the same time resulting in congestion. Arrive at the time suggested by the Cruise Line and there is rarely a problem.

"Very disappointed"

We arrived at the port on the 2nd of September sailing with Princess. We arrived at 12.20 expecting to board the ship with no problems. After waiting in a queue for a long time in the hot sun we were then moved to yet another long queue for another long wait. My argument is we paid a premium price of £243 for a trouble free assisted parking. Once the car had been taken we got on the ship within minutes. The whole process for leaving the car took nearly 2 hours which I find unacceptable and a poor service.

"20 Years Of Fantastic Service"

Absolutely superb from drop off to pick up as always . The staff, are so friendly,courteous and helpful . Your holiday starts from the minute you give your car keys to CPS and ends with such ease when you pick them up. Wouldn’t use anyone else . Never let us down in 20 years .

"Would use cps again."

First time using cps for our first cruise. Got our cruise off to a great start, process so simple and quick. Staff added to the easiness. At the end of our cruise staff assisted us to locate our car and we were on our way home in no time. No issues with the car when we got to it. Would use again.

"Professional, effecient and compassionate"

We were unable to go ahead with our parking arrangement at the 11th hour due to an imminent family death. I emailed the company on the 3/9/2023( Outside of the cancellation terms and conditions) requesting a transfer of my parking arrangement to my new cruise in 2024. Not only did the company reply by email before 9.00am the following day to say "so sorry to hear about your news" they transferred my existing parking arrangement at no extra cost and forwarded my new documentation at the same time . I thought the company provided an excellent service when I used then in 2021 but I can now add compassion and understanding to their excellent facility, at a particularly emotional time.

"CPS were very well recommended"

CPS were very well recommended, but arrival at Berth 38/89 Southampton was utter chaos. Long wait to get into car transfer warehouse. Crowds of people jostling for space and trolleys etc which didn't help. On our return, no instructions made sense at all. The kiosk is nearly hidden from sight when you exit Customs. Most of their staff instructions were vague and we ended up having to ask others for help. Then the realisation that we had to push our very heavy trolley up a slope, down a slope, along a long pathway, across a wide road, and to the back of a car park, to find our car. We are disabled passengers (but not yet applied for blue badge, as we can manage if we don't have a heavy load to push for ages). All very anxiety-creating for what is a very expensive service. No doubt they are better at quieter times and in quieter places.
