A brand-new (days-old) S2 scooter was damaged in a collision. It was not the manufacturer's fault —it was an accident. We needed to replace the brake rotor, or it would not be rideable. Hiboy provided a replacement part at no charge, and the S2 is back on the road.
The customer service team was helpful and communicative. A+ service that gives me confidence in the company. Highly recommend!

The support at Hiboy was terrific. We had an error on a new scooter for one of my boys, and they asked for the error code, and pictures/videos showing the issue. No grief given. They shipped out a new handlebar component that arrived in a few days, after replacing that the scooter was back to new.
Great job Nancy in support and Hiboy for stepping up and backing up their product.

I bought my Highboy because I needed to exercise due to I found out I had type 2 diabetes there was no keys when I received the bike they immediately sent me another set I hadn't been able to write it for a year due to different circumstances so find out I need a controller and a dashboard my son purchased me one for Christmas my son didn't know what controller to buy he purchased the wrong one I reached out the Highboy they immediately sent me out a new controller without receiving the original one back first they are top notch excellent customer service and a bike bill is amazing can't wait to ride it but as far as service goes amazing thank you

Thank you for sending me the link to this comment site. I was impressed but only for about a month. Tire went flat and then the other tire went flat. Difficult to change the tires out, difficult to find someone who knows how to change the tires. And of course the motor crapped out at about the same time. If I ride another scooter again it'll be one that I make myself one that doesn't have a crappy engine, one that you can change the tires easily and I won't have to deal with a company that doesn't give a damn.

The scooter was working great for the first couple of months after that I received an E7 error code out of nowhere which was described to me as a motor issue. I only used the scooter to move around campus and when I emailed customer they gave me a guide on how to resolve the issue of which still didn’t work. I even tried to ask customer service if they were recommended repair shops and no mention of that. My scooter has been useless for months and I feel like I wasted my money.

Back tired broke and stop while my son was riding it. He got few injuries, I called customer service and send me a new tire, but my son needed the scooter for college. We bought a new scooter hiboy pro while we were waiting for the tired and the motor stopped working on the second week.
