Fantastic customer service, able to help get me replacement parts for free and covered the costs of shipping. Scooter runs really well, no problems getting around a busy city. Tires work as well as other brands without the issues of an air tube tire.

I recently purchased the x300 electric scooter and I think it’s great. I also ordered an extra battery and there was some slight confusion about what version (old or new), I was able to straighten it out with customer service and receive correct type. have gone through this review platform and read many reviews of frustrated customers. I believe that Hiboy actually has good products but there may be a real problem with quality control and communication with customer service. Also the “no return” policy on spare parts might need to be revamped because it is not fair to make people pay for an incorrect part ordered. If these issues were properly addressed by the company I believe there would be much higher reviews.
All in all - so far I am satisfied with my purchases 👍

"This is my 3rd hiboy e scooter"

This is my 3rd hiboy e scooter. I've had the s2pro, the s2 max, and now the max pro. These scooters take the daily punishment of going to my job and going shopping all through the Orlando Florida roads streets and sidewalks. Great battery life great breaking and plenty of speed and power. And they are reasonably priced. I'm glad I bought my 3rd.

Hi boy is a good company I bought in two scooters from them the first one was fantastic the second one there was a problem with the battery they sent me another one free of cost and that one had a problem too and they sent me a third one they're a very good company and they stand beside their word I have no regret shopping with them at all I think they're fantastic and they back up their word and they back up more than just their word they back up their product which makes them fantastic I love them I'm getting ready to buy another scooter now from them stay with Highboy and you'll never be left in the driveway

My son's scooter stopped working and I found out it was still under warranty. I contacted customer service and they were AWESOME. We finally narrowed the issue down to a faulty charger and they sent me a new one right away. Honestly, I never write reviews but this company really impressed me.

I bought an S2 Pro two years ago and it still working perfectly today. It was on a good sale and is several hundred cheaper than the equivalent from any other brand.
