"All around bad"

Front brake arrived messed up. Speedometer stops working while riding and just reads zero mph untill the bike dies. Battery falls off while riding and had to be taped to secure it. Customer service makes claims, but does not follow through. Everything from the company to the product has been bad.

I have the hiBoy S22 and it is perfect for the travel I do. I mostly use it to skate to my college classes since i park off campus. Cuts the travel time by 90% and is very enjoyable. The thick wheels make the ride very smooth and enjoyable. Customer service is also impeccable, when i broke my controller i contacted the HiBoy team and they sent me one completely free, Amazing company

Perfect scooter at an affordable price!!! I ride it when I need to make a quick trip to the store around the corner from me. The app that helps control the scooter is simple and effective. I also purchased the attachable seat and it's easy to attach and comfortable.

There was an issue with delivery of my order. The Hiboy support team worked with me and FedEx to get me a replacement before Christmas. I've bought from them in the past and their customer service has always been great. The scooters are well built and reasonably priced.

The scooter is awesome, we got a max pro for Christmas. The original package got damaged and there was confusion for a while on where my package was (a new scooter was sent and received) Customer service is not responsive on their site. Nobody answers phone numbers listed. Customer service could be WAY better.

We have 2 EX7. My wife have one, I have the other. Those bikes are just great! We had minor issues that got resolved by the support team. They are very responding and easy to work with, like the bikes!

Hiboy provides excellent customer service, even after the warranty expires! My son had an electric dirt bike we purchased that suddenly stopped working. The Hiboy customer service team worked with me to diagnose the problem and recommend the correct parts to get his bike back up and running quickly! I would definitely recommend Hiboy products to anyone looking for an electric bike or scooter.

I had a very pleasant experience with warranty replacement of our handlebar. We had an issue where a wire broke and hiboy was very helpful and sent a replacement along with instructions in a timely manner. Great customer service!
