"Dishonest and deceitful!!!"
I sent my iPhone in put that it was carrier locked (sprint/T-Mobile or any other carrier) but in flawless condition a received an offer for $122. It was delivered 11/18/22 a just barley on 11/23/22 they get back to me saying they can only offer less than half of what the GUARANTEE offer is. Cause the device is locked. I told them it was locked from the get go. Everything they have claimed on their website has been a deceiving lie. The whole process has been a dishonest joke!!!
On their website you go to
“Sell your device” then it ask which device you have to sell?

Then it lists all the iPhone, I click on

Then is list for iPhone XR

I didn’t select unlocked. I selected or sprint/T-Mobile or any other network. Your company’s way of asking if it’s locked an if so by what carrier!
So I proceed on a get a GUARANTEED offer of $122. So I ship it off your company receives it Friday the 18th but it takes til the 23rd to get at professional reply from the company a then you try a give me half of the GUARANTEED OFFER. After i already stated it was locked prior to shipping it to you guys. Like I stated before. DISHONEST & DECEITFUL!!!

"No payment or communication"
I sent in a device a month ago, got confirmation it was delivered, but have yet to receive payment. Their website says 30 day price guarantee, and it’s been 30 days, so that guarantee is no longer. I emailed twice, politely, over a couple weeks, didn’t hear back, and then texted, and finally got through to someone who told me they’d send the payment the next day, but it’s now been almost another week and there’s nothing. The payment is only for a few dollars, but the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism has been frustrating and disappointing.
Edit: I received the payment immediately after writing this review. I appreciate it, but as another reviewer mentioned, it shouldn't have taken a negative review (and four other times of my reaching out throughout the month) to finally get paid and have them follow through with their word.

I am really happy with BuyMyPod service. They offered me the highest amount for my 5th generation iPod classic. Then they sent payment right through Apple Pay. I actually had questions and their text message service was fast and easy to use and a reply was received quick each time. I will be using again!!

Though I had dealt with buymypod in the past, the dealings were routine and uneventful. That changed with my recent sale of an iPhone 6s when there occurred complications not of anyone's making, but still problematic. It took quite a long time for all to get resolved, but Jen (surely a company heroine) stayed with it and eventually we got it all solved in a most happy manner. At no time was I left feeling frustrated and helpless as happens with many companies. Compliments to buymypod and their customer-friendly policies. I will certainly deal with them again and recommend them to friends and family.
