Best price for my phone compared to competitors. Easy process to send item and get paid. Would be 5 stars if payment was quicker, but overall got the best price for my phone. Thanks! Would use this company again.

Matthew came through today and actually put a payment through. I did have faith in him - as I had stated in my earlier review - he does seem genuine. Proceed with a little caution and keep things straight forward and I think you'll do well.
Earlier review: It started out ok, as with others. I'm waiting to see what happens and will change my review if I receive my payment within the next few days. They received my iPad on May 23rd. I had done the correct protocol of resetting it to factory state. Logged into my account and removed the device.
They got in touch with me on Thursday, May 26th and said they needed my passcode. Gave them the passcode and everything was ok and was told they'd be done processing it by morning (May 27th). I have had contact with them since then, but still have not received a payment. Matthew seems very genuine and nice. so I'm hoping to hear back from him and actually get a payment.

Owner sent payment electronically after texting each other. Said a check was mailed on the 23rd of May but it had not arrived on the 28th so I accepted electronic payment.I appreciate his response and thanks 🙏.

Customer service was professional and they responded when contacted. Expect your transaction and payment to take some time. Overall a good experience and with follow up everything went smoothly. As we are always told as kids, patience is a virtue.

Used them twise and they were excellent both times :) the first time I was selling my iPod touch and I under valued it so they emailed me and told me it was in better condition then I thought and upped the price, they were very friendly and polite! I'm very impressed with their service and would recommend to anyone :)

"Have to constantly chase payment"

Have to constantly chase payment. Eventually pays. Does not always respond to texts which they ask for. They try, but speed is questionable.

"Speedy and full offer amount paid"

I mailed my items in on a Monday, they were received by Wednesday and I received full offer amount Friday of the same week. Payment was issued directly to my Apple Pay account. I will be sending all my devices to BuyMyPod electronics for the foreseeable future! Awesome service.

"Disappointing experience"

I sent two ipods to them in February, and have yet to see any check from them. I did get a response on March 24th saying they would complete the order and send my check within 3-6 days. As of today, still haven't seen anything yet. Be careful in dealing with this company.

After putting up this review, I got an immediate response from and the transaction was completed and the money sent right away.

So overall, I got what I expected, just shouldn't have to put a bad review to get results.
