Tengo Internet Support Team is the best Team I have ever worked with in last 14 years. The team members are knowledgeable and professional in all levels... I as a Field Technician have always find it interesting that no matter what I through at them the answers are always wright and to the point .... where almost al other steams that I have worked with can not solve an issue without escalating it to a higher-ups and one has to explain everything to the next person and so on that makes it difficult to work and very time consuming. I have never had that with Tengo Internet Support Team ever.

I wish I could remember the gentleman‘s name that helped us. Being a full-time RVer we always find ourselves having to speak to some type of service agents. The interaction we had with this rep was absolutely unbelievable. Polite, courteous, informative, and did not stop working with us and talking to us until our problem was resolved, which took less than five minutes. I can’t say enough about the service we received.

I paid the $199 fee for installation before TengoInternet could hook up my internet service on a Tuesday. It never worked a full day afterwards. I would call and got them to restore service but it kept going out. It stopped that following Friday and I wasn't able to contact them all weekend because all I got was a busy signal in Texas and Utah. On Monday I got through and they agreed to refund the amount I paid for 6 months, but they refuse to refund $199 for installation costs. Russell told me to sell the cube to someone else!
