Russell was clear, knowledgeable about the settings on my iPhone and Roku TV, efficient, and patient. I was up a running on the first try and it took only a couple of minutes. I highly recommend the service.

Wow! Your tech Malcom is absolutely amazing. I consider myself tech savvy but could not get my TV to connect to the RV park's wifi. He was extremely patient and helpful.
