The TengoInternet phone agent, Russell Hughes, made my day! I needed help to upgrade my subscription to another plan, and help adding a streaming device in an RV (a Roku TV). Russell was clear, knowledgeable about the settings on my iPhone and Roku TV, efficient, and patient. I was up a running on the first try and it took only a couple of minutes. I highly recommend the service.

Wow! Your tech Malcom is absolutely amazing. I consider myself tech savvy but could not get my TV to connect to the RV park's wifi. He was extremely patient and helpful. Even called me back when my cell reception went south during our call. Kudos to Tengointernet for hiring amazing support people like Malcom. He deserves more than a 10 so I'm giving him a 20!
