First time user, didn't like the need to create an account just to have wifi. Needed to connect smart TV but had to call tech support. Tech support wa s good and got me connected very quickly. Bring back the good ol days when all you needed was a password. Why make it more complicated?

"Upgraded to high speed, but still less than 1mb"
Alex was able to quickly ID and correct when I upgraded to a faster plan, but my other devices were still only < 1mb. He had the tech department manually remove the MAC address from their system, had me 'Forget' the router on my devices, and then reconnect with the updated login.
Excellent troubleshooting and friendly service.

"Not worth the money"
I’m not sure if it’s the provider or the RV park I’m staying at that is the root of the issue. I paid for an upgraded package to let us stream videos and give access to 4 devices. The Fire TV works perfectly fine but our 2 computers are extremely slow. My laptop keeps booting me off the network and when I am connected I’m lucky if I have enough service to pull up my email. So far I am not impressed with the service and I have not been able to get it fixed with customer service

I’m in Delaware and the parent company is in Texas. I spent roughly 25 minutes or so with the customer service rep. She was extremely helpful, courteous and patient.
