"Cut off service a day early."
We purchased a 7-day package, as we were at a campground with no phone/internet signal. Worked well until the last night. Was scheduled to expire Thursday at 5:04 pm, and it expired the Wednesday before at 6:02 pm. Couldn't call them without a phone signal, couldn't email without internet service. Notified them the next day and they never responded to my email. Will never use them again.
After their response about resolving the issue; it's been over a week and still no email from them.

The whole login process is confusing but I eventually figured it out. Then I wanted to add another device but the screen allowing that disappeared before I could figure it out. I could back to the screen so I eventually called your tech service. I connected with Curtis. He was very helpful and patient. He tried a lot of things and eventually said he would reset the antenna and wait 15 minutes and the new device would work. If not call back. I tried that and still would not work. Called back and on hold for 20 mi utes, then said leave a message and tech would call back. About a hour later no call back so starting trying to figure it out on my own. Another hour of googling and trying to find device screen no luck. I then tried disconnecting wifi from my device and logging into other device. I was allowed to do that and got the internet going on new device. Then went back to original device and picked wifi and I was amazed that both devices had internet. I don’t know if what I did caused it to work. I see that Curtis reported that it was resolved. Maybe from his point of view but not mine. I know there are a lot of variables so not sure how to rate the service. Just picked 3 stars as Curtis was so nice. Thanks!
