"Terrible service or should I say lack …"
Terrible service or should I say lack of service. I paid for 7 months up front $144.00 and was able to connect right away to pay, with that being said when I went to sign on nothing would not let me, I called and was on the phone with them for nearly 2 hours and finally just gave up and went to bed, I was never able to connect with my phone it would connect then disconnect. I had called this company 4 or 5 times and finally I just decided I just wanted a refund, I was offered a time extension, What? I said you can extent my time for 1 year but that does not fix the issue of not have service. I asked to send me a refund and I was not interested in have this service I am only at the campground on week ends so I could have only tried to use the service 5 times before cancelling. It has been 3 weeks and no refund. Of course there is no billing phone contact and the customer service rep. says they are reaching out to billing then I get a survey asking if I was pleased with the service, I also receive email with my ticket has been updated. There is no way that getting my money back should take so long. I would also like to add I am not the only one in our campground waiting for their refund and they are getting the same run around.

This is the absolute worst WiFi for which I have ever had to pay. Not only is it extremely slow, it cuts out during important tasks.

The Tengo team is very professional and great to work with. They were flexible in accommodating our timelines and completed the install ahead of schedule. We've had no customer complaints since installation, and it's fair to say our resort now has the best Wi-Fi in the area.

Worst service to date. Double billed my Credit card, slow and difficult to connect. Keep getting error for unable to connect to a secure connection. Lousy web site and poor response!

We recently had a huge upgrade and rollout of our RV & Golf Resort internet serviice and my hats off to the installation crew, the management to coordinating everything and customer service for tweaking the system as needed.
I must of course give a huge thanks to Kevin Lloyd for being there from day one to today and all his oversight etc.

"Tengo Internet lack of service"
We have been in the San Diego KOA since Jan 1 (now Mar 6). TengoInternet service has been unavailable almost as much as it has been available. Whenever I've called Tengo, their responses have ALWAYS been "We don't know what the problem is and we don't know when the problem will be fixed". When I've talked with the park management they have expressed their frustration in not being able to get reliable service from Tengo.
I understand that they are a real low budget operation, and really don't seem to care about their level of service as long as the RV park pays their bill.
We are full-time Rvers, and travel throughout the US. Whenever we've been in a park that subscribes to TengoInternet, similar problems arise. Obviously the RV park's reputation suffers because of Tengo's poor service record.
Of all the parks we visit, and talking with other RVers, this is the number one complaint - "lousy service from TengoInternet".
