"Un-delivered touch up…......"

I ordered touch up for my car and received a confirmation email saying expect delivery between 5 -7 days. 10 days later the delivery has not arrived, I have emailed Paintnuts and have yet to receive a reply and I now find there is no one answering their phones!
I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam - wish I'd read the revirews before making an order!!!

Wanted VWReflex silver spray paint in can. Tried Halfords and HyCote but both paints far too dark for my 2009 VW Golf. This was by far best match for my colour. Service was fine in delivery timescale specified although package was a bit crushed by Evri courier and cap lid broken on can. Nevertheless this didn’t impact metal can or paint so still very satisfied with end result I was seeking.

Wouldn’t give it a star. Far to expensive for services provided. Ordered and paid and then have had no update on package.almost 2 weeks and nothing at all. Better using halfords for paint. Please avoid

"I ordered two times recently"

I ordered two times recently, the colour is good the clear coat not that good. The first order was good full cans I covered big area , the second one the spray wasn’t full (like 70%) and I messaged them but no answer until now.

Saw paint nuts so rang them for bmw motorcycle code 986 graphitan met mat, helpfull guy said ok and you won’t need any laquer aas the paint don’t need it, ok so deliver 1 to 7 days then I saw the reviews and thought omg, box arrived in 4 days aerosol can was a professional job as was the spray head, paint went on great and a correct match, as said no top laquer needed
would use this company any time for a first class product and service,thank you paintnuts.

Looking at all the negative reviews I’m thinking I hit the jackpot.
Paint packs arrived within a week and delivered to my “ age place”
Prime red then 4 coats of copper pearl which was a mirror finish, then 3/4 coats of clear.
There’s no way you can tell the difference from the factory finish so I’m
Pleased as punch and would definitely recommend

"Astounding customer service"

I purchased some touch up paint for my car, when I opened the bottle the cap dropped on the floor and the paint applicator was bent beyond repair.
I contacted paintnuts who have replaced the cap, complete with filler at no charge

After 3 attempts to get the colour right from other companies, paintnuts managed to get the colour spot on. I can't understand all the negative comment reviews, no problem with them from my point, will definitely use again.

Paid nearly £20 for a very small touch up bottle. Despite supplying all the required details, the colour was completely different (needed Pearl White but ended up with a silver paint). When contacted them they were defensive, obstructive and unhelpful. Let’s be clear. I provide all the information and codes required but the colour is wrong, it is not my fault! 65% if trustpilot reviews for this company are 1 star. Just Google a local paint supplier and use them.
