"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed! Touch up pen had leaked while in the post. The lid was loose and I still can't secure the lid. I contacted customer service twice to complain and had no response! I advise you to shop elsewhere.

Really poor customer care. Wrong shade sent and when i provided several pictures they told me paint was a match.
They then stopped responding when asked to escalate.

Ordered using the code from the service book, and shade that came did not match, sent pictures of the tester but poor customer service. Advise to look else where and not bother yourself with the hassle.

"Does NOT return a GLOSS finish"

The order arrived on time and the colour was fine (the spray that is, not the touch-up container which was a shade darker than the car), but be aware that this product is only ok if your car ALREADY has a matte paint finish. If it is gloss, you’ll end up with large matte patches where you spray. The clear “gloss” lacquer is about as effective as spraying a can of water onto it. It does nothing at all. So now I have a part gloss, part matte paint finish thanks to this product.

"Terrible Company - Do not purchase from them!"

I ordered paint for my car two weeks ago and the courier company (Evri) has lost the consignment. They initially emailed back to say they would sort it but have now stopped responding to my emails. I’ve had to report them through paypal to try and get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

Well I liked the products from this company, however I had cause to complain on other occasion re delivery.
I noted then that there was no real interest. On this occasion it is Customer Service really not helpful at all
I ended up going elsewhere and will not be back.Not that this company will be bothered.63% negative remarks on trustpilot, says it all really.

"Perfect match for my Suzuki Vitara"

Perfect match for my Suzuki Vitara, which is red and black. Ordering was simply entering your reg number, Paint nuts contacted me as my car is two colours, the red paint was delivered in a couple of days, a perfect match - covered the scratch easily - with lots left over in the applicator. Easy to use, just remember to shake the applicator well. A big tick from me ✔️, highly recommended.

"Completely wrong colour sent"

Completely wrong colour sent, Paige nice lady said she agreed the colour was totally wrong as sent black when car is blue and that it was their fault and then when you try to resolve it manager comes on the phone and gets very unprofessional and states its customers fault, firstly refuses money back but then says he will (wait to see if true to word). Advise PLEASE use else where

GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.They failed to supply the correct shade and had so many excuses. I've asked for replacement or refund they're now not responding. The feefo reviews don't match trustpilot.
