"Very Poor Service"

Failed to provide the correct paint colour. I had to jump through hoops to verify it was the incorrect colour, only to be told I could not get a refund as the correct paint had been despatched. When pushed for a reason why the error happened and when would the "correct colour" arrive I was told we are but human and mistakes happen and the would arrive before Friday... You may not be surprised to hear it didn't! I wish had I paint the extra £10.00 and got the paint from the dealership...

"Two attempts and paint doesn't match"

The paint sent was a terrible match and the pen & brush application method very innacurate.
I contacted Paintnuts to request a remix and the long email of queries to answer almost put me off, however I answered their questions, sent photos, etc.
The replacement paint they sent was an equally bad match so all in all a waste of time and money.

"Delivery 5 days late."

Ordered some items. First there was no confirmation email. I had to write them in order to get a confirmation. Then they said goods will arrive no later than Wednesday. They arrived next week Monday at 3.00 pm Had to explain customers why their cars wont be ready by the agreed time and rearrange schedule. Absolutely unpleasant 1st time experience.

I reported the bad match to Paintnuts and got a response asking for more details. I took the time to respond, answering all questions, yet never heard anything again.

I took a number of photographs clearly showing how poor the match was but guess they aren’t interested.

I should have read the reviews here first BEFORE buying.

The paint sent was not a match at all it was supposed to be grey and when applied it was black .gave them a bad review on feefo because they are inept has to send photos etc. Which I have I'm not holding my breath for a refund. when the paint arrived I'd ordered laquer too the lid wasn't on correctly and had spilled and stuck the paint pot and laquer pot together .in the meantime my revue has been taken off feefo don't deal with this company they are charlatans .

"Super accurate paint, fast delivery"

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. Delivery two days after purchase and the color is exactly right I managed to cover up bad scratches like they were never there. ZCL Suzuki color code very very accurate.

People: When you order, find the color code for your car via your car make/model online, and email them it ASAP otherwise you'll be waiting longer as they need this information to get the exact paint. Cheers guys

"Absolutely shockingly bad service"

Absolutely shockingly bad service . Ordered the paint via the code and paid for the special delivery. Tracking number and confirmation order had gone out. No delivery got intouch with dhl and they had never received item. Called paintnuts customer service to be informed all they're post is the same 3 days plus even though they charge extra for next day on the option ( £6 for a paint stick) then the customer service informed me my order hadn't been processed at all. So they lie too. Very unprofessional, robbing and profiteering on postage costs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS . USE RS MOTOR PAINTS . READ THE REVIEWS.

"Useless!"

The paint provided - despite my providing the correct code for my car - was totally wrong. It should have been a beige colour for my Fiat but was actually a dark chestnut colour. £22 down the drain. Really angry. This company is obviously a total joke. I just wish I'd seen some of the comments on here before I ordered the paint.
