Can’t understand the negative reviews either. Ordered a touch up pen by car registration, colour perfect and product really easy to use. The pen nib is very fine and the brush perfect for touching in chips or scuffs. Used it on a metallic blue VW and you can’t see where the chips/scuff were. Great quality , quick delivery and so much cheaper than taking the car to a body shop.

"Shocking customer service"
Shocking customer service. I give them zero if I could. I ordered paint, primer and some filler. It came within a week. But the filler ordered had been replaced with a 250ml tub of P38 (£9 in Halfords) I'd ordered a kilo of their so called professional fine filler at £12.99. They'd included a note saying it was an upgrade????

Yet again spoke to the person in charge of customer service. This would explain the terrible reviews for their customer service!!! Please do not buy from this company, you will regret it. Most definitely not recommended.

Awful customer service team.
The staff here lack any common sense and are as incompetent as each other. Paint received was such poor quality and not even a match for the colour of my car. I provided photos and even painted a piece of card to hold up against my car to send them the required photos they asked for.
They didn't resolve my query and were very dismissive but I thought it's better to save my sanity than argue with them over £10!
Do yourself a favour and read the rest of the reviews here as this is clearly a rubbish company who will soon fall downhill!

Ordered wrong paint sent back unused as stated on their website now refused a refund will not be ordering from them again.

"Appalling delivery & replies to queries."
I ordered just 1 can, hoping if correct, I would order more for my other 2 vehicles.
After a week, I emailed asking why the parcel hadn't been collected yet even though I had been given a tracking no and delivery was supposed to be in 2 days time at the latest.
Generated usual crappy reply about 5-7 day delivery, generated tracking no once order is or etc etc.
No reply to my actual queries in my email.
The latest it should be delivered is today. 7 days days after my order.
It was online collected yesterday, and placed on a 48hr delivery. So guess what it certainly is NOT out for delivery today.
They state their delivery rules on their website, yet go against all this by waiting a whole week for the item to be collected, then still put it on a 48hr delivery so there is no way it can be delivered in their own stated times.
Email reply to my queries was just the usual brush off, they never even read it to find out what my query was!!
So, I've had to cancel the person who was due today to spray my repair, as the item hasn't arrived and Hermes only collected it yesterday so couldn't deliver today anyway!!
Appalling service so far. And appalling replies to queries via email.
I am hoping that once it arrives, either over the weekend or sometime next week, it will be correct and the correct colour.
I am not holding out too much hope as if they treat customers like this already, then it shows just how unreliable they are and how untruthful their website actually is.
Stating delivery times is down to them, but waiting well over a week for just 1 can of paint to be delivered is pushing it for most company, but this one took a week to get it COLLECTED!!!
Fingers crossed it is actually the colour I ordered, as hate to think what will happen if any or arise. Generated blah blah emails sent out in hope it will shut customers up. Suppose it means they don't have to read queries!!
I will certainly be back to moan if the paint arrives in a different colour!!
So far terrible service received and extremely poor answering queries raised.
All this over a can of paint!! Should've gone to a different supplier.

Had i checked this web site i would probably have not ordered from paint nuts. Red Alfa romeo , ordered paint off halfords who recontacted to say dealers only so could not provide . Searched internet and found paintnuts so ordered paint which arrived in 3 days. Paint applied and 99% perfect match, so happy with it and for a fantastic price. Cannot comment on the bad reviews but I am very happy.

Took ages to come, longer than estimated. Paint come and to be fair is a decent match but very floppy and the brush attached to the lid came off and got paint everywhere

Sheet service took 74 months to arrive and paint wasn’t even close they couldn’t organise a p/ss up in a brewery. Asked for silver gave registration and car type and colour they send green. But it’s okay now I’m driving round like the hulk and when people say what colour is that I tell them silver because paint nuts says it is thanks for the paint appreciate you letting me have it for a payment so kind of you to send my silver/ green paint

Great Service - Just don't understand the bad reviews, my paint was a perfect match and really good quality. I can highly recommend this company and will be using their service again.
